This property is so close to the beach and restaurants. It was the perfect size for two people and was as described. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

Unit was very clean and comfortable. Well located to nearby activities, beach, restaurants. Owner was very knowledgeable and passionate about making stay as enjoyable as possible. Unit was generously stocked with needed supplies.

The home was as advertised. The owner was very close by and extremely accomodating. Pretty much all beach gear was provided - chairs, umbrella, and cooler. There was even a wagon to haul it all down there. One of the chairs was broken and the owner gave us 2 brand new chairs to use and leave in the house.

Had a wonderful stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! We walked everywhere. Everything was just as shown and advertised!

Great place

The studio apartment was just as pictured on the website and a great getaway for a couple. The bed/pillows were very comfortable as well. It was nice to be able to purchase groceries and have a small kitchen to eat out of (no stove but there is a microwave and air fryer which was good enough to heat up food). It was also great to have a wagon to take to the beach (which is just a couple blocks away) as well as two beach chairs and an umbrella. There are no closets but there is a dresser and some hooks on the wall with hangers to hang up your clothes on. There is also a small pool and a hot tub (we didn't use the hot tub) that was nice to come back to after being at the beach. The pool/hot tub is shared with the upstairs unit but that wasn't a problem for us. Maria was a great hostess and gave us many tips on where to eat.

ADORABLE property (really could not have been more homey and comfortable) in a quiet, cute neighborhood but SO convenient to beautiful beaches and lots of fun bars and restaurants! Maria is a wonderful host- we could not have asked for a better place with nicer people. HIGHLY recommend. P.S. no need for a car, we did rent one for the drive in and out but otherwise parked it, timing later arrival and early departure good tip to avoid traffic in awesome FMB!!!

It was an awesome place, great location, and amazing communication with the property owners and managers. They went out of their way to insure that our trip was the best it could be!

Property terrific, as advertised. What was confusing and non property related is there were two ambiguous charges for approximately $190 that We’re not listed initially but appeared after booking. Not sure if these are VRBO charges or host charges but felt there was a bit of a bait and switch… Not surprised. Only accepting positive feedback. That’s ok, it’s on yelp and a few other consumer rating sites…

The studio was just perfect for the 2 of us.We were able to walk to the beach and shops. Came stocked with lots of little goodies, including snacks. The bed was extremely comfortable. Description of home in ad was spot on! It was a pleasure meeting the Host!!! Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

This was our 1st trip to FMB since Ian and we were so happy to support the businesses that have reopened! The studio apartment was perfect for us and spotless! Everything we needed was there from coolers, umbrellas, paper products, shampoo, sunscreen, etc. The location was awesome and within walking distance to the beach and the new Margaritaville that just opened! We will definitely be back! The weather was not great so we did not get to enjoy the pool area but hope to next time. Maria was an awesome host!

Great location and perfect for the 2 of us!

We enjoyed our stay at T.P. Hill’s. It was very clean and had lots of supplies provided. It is small, but cozy. It’s just right for a couple. The location was close to lots of great restaurants and stores. It’s also close to the beach!

The studio was as advertised. The beach chair, coolers, umbrella and wagon made beach days so convenient. When there was an issue with the hot tub Maria was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of.

Short walk to a beautiful beach. Fort Meyers Beach is reconstructing after Hurricane Ian, and this VRBO is ready!

Everything I needed and wanted and more than I expected.

This studio was perfect for our weekend getaway to FMB. The space was clean, roomy, and cozy. We had plenty of space and did not feel like we were walking over each other. It is walking distance to FMB. We also drove to Sanibel Beach and Captiva Beach. Most resturants that are open are a short drive (5-10 minutes) away. The pool/spa space is exactly as described. We jad the entire area to ourselves as there were no other people in the other rentals. Communication with the owner was very efficient. She provided advice on where to stop for groceries/beverages before coming over the bridge and she even made some excellent resturant suggestions! FMB, Sanibel/Captiva Island are still rebuilding from Hurricane Ian. We will definetly be back for a visit and would live to stay here again.

Mother-daughter getaway weekend was fantastic and this place fit the bill for us to have a place to stay in Fort Myers Beach

It was even better than we had expected. It was the perfect size for two people and the pool and hot tub are awesome. Maria was absolutely wonderful and helpful and generous. It was great to have her close by in case we needed anything. Thank you for a Fantabulous week!

Perfect spot

Had a wonderfully relaxing solo trip. The owner and property manager were great with communicating and I feel safe throughout my stay. Great location, never had to uber and walked everywhere. Also loved that a wagon, chairs, umbrellas and more were available for use. I’ll definitely be back!

A Mermaids Dream home! We had an absolute blast..The home was so beautiful and so close to the strip. Can't wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was a beautiful neighborhood, a beautiful home, and it had pretty much everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our Dog was very comfortable here as well. Maria was very helpful all week and very kind! We would definitely stay again :)
