A nice feel to the place. A good breakfast. Very nice staff. Clean and an absolutely ginormous bed. They let me check in early. 2 minute walk from station which suited me. Lovely bar and a good menu. And lots of choice for breakfast. Recommended for a weekend

A bit overpriced But I believe that is Cambridge.

The majority of the staff are very helpful

We had a problem with the water supply in our room. The bath would only fill with slightly warm water. Lots of dust in the restaurant. The door into our suite from the balcony did not lock. Some staff made you feel like royalty others just had no idea

Easily approachable, good location, clean and quite spacious room. Very quiet. Gym is small, but fits the purpose. Restaurant is lovely, good atmosphere and nice food.

staff shortages definitely showed went for breakfast not a clean table was put in a corner on a bar table which they said they would lay waited 15 minutes no one came no clean cups to get tea or coffee after half an hour of waiting we walked out. we went to book dinner and the lady said to come back at 9.00pm we arrived back at the time we booked for and was told to come back in another hour which was far to late so we had to find somewhere else to eat which was very difficult at that time of night. our room had been tided but the cups we had a tea in were left dirty on the side and the tea coffee and milk had not been topped up . I did complain which I don’t normally do and they were very apologetic and offered me a bottle of prosseco.

Lighting in bedroom could be brighter

Room and facilities within were brilliant, bathroom very clean. Perfect location

Lack of table service. The breakfast was buffet, dishes apart from beans were stone cold. Wasn’t even able to order a pot of tea at 9:30am. Think the hotel should review. Refunded breakfast so not all bad, but would have happily paid for table service, hot food, a pot of coffee and tea as an option.

Location although quiet it was too far from the centre of town unless you cycled

Good location if you are travelling by train. Clean room and bed. The restaurant was good, though they should provide more vegetables for breakfast.

Two single beds pushed together, travel lodge hand sanitising bottle dispensing 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo in shower. Cold buffet (cold beans on toast if you’re a vegetarian) will set you back £30 per person.

This is a lovely hotel and is ideally situated close to the railway station. Everything smacks of quality and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are spotless and the beds are incredibly comfortable - I have seldom slept better away from home. However, it is a good 20 minute walk from the centre of the city.

One of the things I most enjoy about staying in a hotel is the breakfast - unfortunately the buffet breakfast food was barely luke-warm and the sausages, bacon etc. were at something barely above room temperature. Given the cost of the room, I feel a little more effort could have been made with the catering

Early check in, lovely staff, bed is one of the comfiest hotel beds I have ever stayed in. Would definitely come back

The colour palette of the room is my favourite tone - sage green, just pleasant. The bed is comfortable. Window is huge with quiet streets. Nice and kind staff and beautiful furniture.

Good size room, comfortable bed, clean modern bathroom, good breakfast, reasonably priced, close to station, but further from city centre.

Noise from corridor - particularly guest slamming room doors. Need to adjust door closers and install acoustic drop seals.
