beautiful building close to the river

We booked a room with a bath, and had to ask to switch rooms so we could have one with a bath. The staff were helpful with this.

The very welcoming and available staff, The beautiful rooms, beautiful view. Magnificent bathroom with a great bathtub. Breakfast was very good with many options and eggs very well cooked. We had dinner at the gastronomic restaurant. That was excellent. The swimming pool is beautiful diving with natural light. There is a separation door in the suite for the sanitaries which is nicer for intimacy than in the superior room.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and amazing location! Would 100% recommend!

The hotel was sold this last week, whilst the new owner has brought his own team, there was no restaurant available. This was the one reason for visiting the hotel and booked prior to arrival. For both evenings we had therefore to drive a considerable distance to celebrate a birthday. Both restaurants were exceptional, though it did tarnish our stay

The lovely historic building, beautifully restored, friendly staff. The town was great for walking around with a lovely bakery nearby for a cheap, most enjoyable breakfast.

It was off-season so almost all of the restaurants in town were closed. The hotel menu was limited and higher in price than quality. As in many European hotels the room was tight with no good place to read.

Great location for exploring the region. Extremely nice and helpful staff and terrific restaurant.

Needed another chair in the room; wish they would change the menu daily. In the off season — which is when we traveled— it’s a bit too dark to walk into town at night so we ate there 4 nights; food is excellent and creative but it would have been better if there were some variety or a daily special. The restaurant suffers a bit from new staff who are not always on top of things.

Beautiful property, stylishly designed interiors, an excellent restaurant. The chef was exceptionally accommodating to make a fully plant-based menu.

Beautiful historic property. But their personnel is what made it special. My car was backed into while at the hotel, and their employees helped coordinate and take care of the entire situation with the other driver. We were speaking three different languages to make it work.

amazing property , amazing staff, and super cool spa and crew, great service in general and amazing restaurant. Noemie and Michael went above and behond. cant wait to get back at there place.

I loved everything about our stay. The property was historic, and the service was excellent. It really was a hands on experience that I would share with anyone I know who is going to be visiting the area & beyond.

This was a super nice hotel very near the centre of a beautiful and peaceful town centre overlooking the river.
