I booked one of the less expensive rooms online. NEVER AGAIN. The room was on the same level and just a few feet across from a major traffic artery (Blanchard) so it was impossible to sleep. I was also very cold. I considered stripping the other bed for the warmth of it's sheets but instead I slept in my jacket and cranked up the heat. I would have liked some blankets and just one thinner pillow. During my LAST stay EVERYTHING was sparkling clean. This time not so much. Also the shower knob was/is broken. 🙄 I had plans in Victoria. But due to a lack of sleep and no shower I drove directly home and took a 5 hour nap. At almost $200/night in the off season I expect a good sleep in a pristine environment. If the room had been better I would extended my stay. But I was very disappointed

Tiniest bit difficult to get in and out of because it’s adjacent to a main artery, but that also makes it great go going places

Wi-Fi is good. Staffs are friendly. Location is also perfect, reasonably convenience for those who travel without a car.

Though it is due to covid measures, still don’t feel good for no one clean up the room cus we stayed more than one night.

Wish there was a pool or hot tub facilities.

The room is a bit dark though there are a few lights. Need to turn on and off each light one by one. The air conditioner is a bit cold

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Place was pet friendly. They gave us a room on the ground level so that we could easily walk our pet. A lot of thought was put into our stay. Glad we found the right place for us.
