The room was lovely, the courtyard very pretty to look at, and the service was excellent in every role. I didn't eat in their Italian dinner restaurant, but the food in the courtyard was basic if a bit overpriced.

There were lots of screaming children pretty constantly in the pool area. On my last night I went down with my daughter for some hot tub time between 9:30 and 10 pm (they close at 10) and it was still very noisy, kids splashing us in the pool etc. I'd suggest having some dedicated adult only hours. Also at the time I booked the room I chose was the best price option that was offered on Booking.com but it was well over my budget. During my stay I received an offer from the hotel for $60 less per night for a future visit so perhaps that's a better way to book.

Location was excellent for our needs. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. There is a Tims and other restaurants really close by. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Italian Table, was amazing.

Breakfast in the hotel restaurant wasn't great. We had pancakes and they were pre- cooked so the edges were dry and hard but the server was super nice and friendly. Bathrooms are a bit tiny considering the rooms are so big, but not a major concern.

Booked online after midnight long night of driving told me I couldn’t check in after I booked and paid online. The person at the customer service desk said I couldn’t check in because it was after midnight. My reservation was clearly stated February 19-20 as it was the 19th after midnight that I booked it. The person at the customer service desk was rude and wouldn’t let me check in after I booked and paid on line. I travel alot and use booking.com all the time. Worst service I have received. I want a Refund!!! Very bad service and business practices!!! Disgusting actually I had to drive around at 1:00am to find another hotel. Stayed at the Coast Hotel checked me in and helped me a lot. They felt very bad for me and the terrible service I received and the fact I am wandering around Lethbridge trying to get a room. Became a safety issue as well. I was literally in tears and the roads where really bad at 1:00/2:00am!!! Disgusting!!!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable but only because I think they need to be replaced.

Management contacted me and was wonderful about compensating for the state of the room and confirmed there process so this would not happen with other customers! The greenery inside, It does have the feeling like you are on a vacation some place tropical. It ends there, that is about it. Renos in the room are not bad

Rooms were not cleaned, food on the floor and previous renters garbage on the floor. Crumbs on the desk and counter, Floor in the Bathroom was filthy. Something stuck to the wall in the bathroom than I took off with Kleenex and water !!! Over all very dirty room. The furniture is extremely uncomfortable they look modern but hopefully you don't have to sit on them. Also they only had flavored coffee in the room, sorry not my thing !!!! Extremally expensive

LOVED the plants and small cozy interior balcony to bask in the beauty. Absolutely gorgeous. Staff was friendly for the most part. Downtown was a short walk.

Staff was friendly until checkout- complaint was handled with a shoulder shrug. First night was perfect! Second night was incredibly loud, partying in the hallways until about 4:30am. People drinking, yelling, slamming, passing out in the hallways..

Highly inconvenient that we couldn’t get our family checked in on Saturday before the wedding. we had 8 people that had to get ready in our room! night clerk on Saturday Oct 22 was disrespectful and offended we weren’t wearing masks and told grooms father he had to wear a mask or he was going to die.

Couldn't work out how to open window in room to let some air in, as it got stuffy during the night. The strong smell of chlorine from the swimming pool, as you entered the hotel lobby was a bit over powering

The most comfortable bed of our whole 3 week holiday through the Rockies. The garden atrium courtyard is so lovely.
