Disappointed. I stay at several Fairfield and I was expecting better. I won’t be back. Hope they will improve for others

Breakfast was good. Room quiet. Parking is easy. Walking distance from a restaurant and the Casino.

Won’t respond to my messages even after I call them to let them know that I send a message and after booking contact them about changing my dates and discuss with them about responding to messages. Staff told me, they aren’t allowed. Then don’t be on booking.com I have travel to so many hotels, including Fairfield. Never been a issue. Deadbolt automatic business. We went in and didn’t realize the door was still open. Pool way too cold Hot tube, jets aren’t working properly. No towels available 2x Lack of diversity within the staff. Saw more diversity after 4 days. Frustrating situations. Hopefully you won’t have to deal with those. Hotel has great potential but wrong leadership.

A warm welcome set the tone for my stay. The breakfast was above average for an 'included' breakfast

Hotel was clean and room was good. Paid 300 more for three too

Breakfast was so so. Sausage undercooked and area was busy and breakfast items were not restocked. The cheese omelette sat empty for 15 minutes which is all I wanted.

Very comfortable, a little more pricey then we hoped

Pool closed at 10pm. We read online it was open until 12pm

We had a great time with the family

the staff were great..the grandkids loved the pool

the sheets were extremely thin… like see through thin and there was no blanket for the hide a bed… but because it was very warm we just gave our granddaughter the comforter from our bed as she was right by the a/c

We really came for the airshow and a much needed R&R for my wife's very hectic schedule.

The ambiance was just relaxing. People were very accommodating. Place was very clean.

Clean and new hotel, pleasant staff, nice facilities. Linen on beds very comfortable. Very clean!

Eggs were really tasty! nice selection of cereals, tea etc. Comfortable and clean booths, very enjoyable

It was very hot outside 33C, so had AC on all night. It worked well, but it is difficult to sleep when it is that hot out. No fault of hotel however, as AC did work well.

Room was small and congested. No drinking water in the room and had only a small bottle of shamboo, conditioner and bodywash for three members of the family.
