It was central, clean and friendly staff

The shower head was low

Leuke, originele kamer. Lekker groot en zalige bedden. Net buiten het centrum maar op loopafstand van de winkels , restaurants en bergbanen. Prijs- kwaliteit was in juni uitstekend !

Location was great ,away from the majot hussle and bussle of the rest of the town.

The noise travelled so much through the thin walls and between floor.s There was a family staying a few doors down with a young child who screamed and yelled till about 2am for the duration of our 3 night stay. You could also hear chairs being pulled, metal banging, it was very hard to get sleep. Our room overlooked the rear pool area and the lights around the pool were on all night, lighting up a good portion of our room (curtains could not be closed completely) so there was also a lot of light coming into the room.

Estupendo alojamiento, cuidan cada detalle. El personal es muy amable. La opción de “desayuno para llevar” está muy bien. Muy recomendable.

Location of Hotel was superb, room spacious and clean, bed comfortable.

A small thing, but the Coffee packages are not great. I now it's hard to supply things at a large scale for guests. Coffee did not taste great

Good location, modern, great staff, clean.

No indoor pool.

The location of this hotel is excellent. A very, very short walk from the supermarket, countless cafes and shops. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - they're all so kind and friendly. The rooms are lovely too: comfy beds, a compact but well-serviced kitchenette, and a nice bathroom. Highly recommend

The internet was patchy in our room, but the staff moved us with no issues. Other than that, I have zero complaints. Staying here was a highlight of our trip to BC.
