The hotel is in an ideal location in the heart of the central business district. You have access to everything from here. The facilities are decent (there's potential to do better) but overall I am not complaining. I especially liked that rooms are fitted with kitchens so one is not locked to taking meals from the hotel. The staff like most Canadians are friendly and displayed a willingness to help

As I said, it could be better. They could improve their facilities to meet higher standards. The responsiveness to client requests was also a bit wanting. I informed the front desk that my cistern had a problem but this was never resolved

途中で、パネルヒーターが壊れてしまい、普通のヒーターを使い始めてすごく乾燥が気になりました。

Staff is really very friendly and helpful. Room is very spacious and has everything one could need. Feels like an apartment. It is also in a central location.

Internet was a bit slow during my stay but it’s wasn’t essential for me then since I wasn’t working

I stayed there before when it was the Regency Suites. The location is great and the suite is well appointed. There is a great place for lunch just 2 blocks from there, the Tastemarket at SAIT.

The Internet connection was spotty.

Rien - Par contre je n'ai pas pris le petit déjeuner qui paraissait très succinct. Je suis allée à OEB breakfast.co à 13min à pied c'est vraiment top!

Downtown location. Surprisingly large kitchen. Friendly and efficient front desk.
