The rooms where adequate and the beds were comfortable and clean. The showers were good. Breakfast was good.

The shuttle service was delayed by almost an hour after a 14 hour flight. Staff argued angrily after we complained. The room had awful electric wiring and a bed lamp was missing. Corridor was not clean.

The shuttle is horrible and driver doesn’t know where to meet guests and takes forever. Concierge forgot to do wake up call, was rude when I called asking where shuttle was. Bathroom was filthy and had hair on the floor when I arrived. Cleaning staff were loud in the hallways talking while I was still trying to sleep.

Staff was friendly

You offer shuttle busses but we would have to wait 2 hours. This was one of the main reasons for staying there and we couldn't even use them. Very inconvenient should not be offered costed 45 dollars for cab. So to me big turn off

Bus shuttle service was great and that they packed me a breakfast.

Unfortunately there was a noisy room beside or below me and I could hear them talking to late at night.

It was a very convenient place for us to meet for my friends brief visit to Toronto. She arrived by via rail (for less than a 12 hr overlay) and she took the up train to Pearson and the airport shuttle to the hotel. I drove from out of town to meet her at the hotel.. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great. At first the overhead planes were distracting but soon they became white noise.

My last day and the customer service provided when I needed to extend my stay for just one day because my wife and daughter asked me. I booked this location for the convenience for my family in Ontario. I'm from Montreal and travel nation wide province to province for business purposes. The pestering and continous calls when I'm with my wife and 2 year old daughter ruined my entire day. Anything and everything I want in any province nation wide I can get delivered to my doorstep with one phone call. My partner provided an ontario health card which apparently isn't valid I d ... The nerve and audacity for the manager to ask me why I don't have any ID and why i dony carry i d .. enraged and completely pissed me off... Like if an ontario health card isn't valid i d ...I don't think a Quebec one is going to be valid either. I have 10 Drivers and own 12 vehicles in ontario alone for my logistics business.. but my wife is driving me and my daughter. So I don't need a Quebec license on me. My sick dying disabled mother in a wheelchair was waiting for me at woodbine center with my passport at my home branch TD where my business accounts are. She has That safe for me. As I was going to withdraw 10 thousand dollars there. I had 5 thousand dollars Cash on me ... and no I d as I was on a local one week getaway with my wife and daughter. To get a two year old dressed and ready takes time. The manager could not comprehend this and why I don't have I d on me at all whatsoever. I was just provided with stupidity and customer service from an imbecile. I don't need any piece of ID as I'm in shorts and a t shirt all day and night with my wife and daughter for a week with 10 thousand dollars cash. Nobody could comprehend this .... as they can't live like this. I work hard and Make a lot of money. My daughter my wife and my sick dying mother in a wheelchair are my world.
