This is a basement living space. I been scammed though it is an apartment. very noisy landlord above me with my comfortable quiet time . Very used bed sheets and bathroom towels. dirty furniture.

Great value! Good location for our hockey tournament. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient parking. Good Wi-Fi.

Basement apartment with no views, little sunlight, steep entry stairs, and no secondary means of egress. Other than the issues noted, I would have given top ratings in all categories.

Good space, access to washer and dryer upon request, good price. kitchen was small but looked new.

Kitchen and bathroom were cleaned well, but there were drips of stuff on the walls and gooey finger prints around door knobs on the backs of the doors. Only one parking spot - ok for us but if you needed two I’m not sure what you would do. It didn’t feel very secure. Door knob code to unlock the basement apartment, but no deadbolt or additional lock once inside. As a woman alone with a child it was a bit nerve wracking.

The House is amazingly clean. Well maintained.

Clean and good value for money with a comfortable bed.

As it is a basement there is virtually no natural light and some of the fixtures are a bit tired and could do with replacing.

The apartment was very clean, private and well equipped. I was pleasantly surprised that they had provided some bottled water in the fridge. The kitchen had cooking utensils, plates etc. Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and towels were also provided.

It was very hot in the apartment and the heat is controlled elsewhere in the house. I wanted to open the window a crack but couldn't get it open. The mattress was very firm; personally I prefer a softer bed but I carry a roll up memory foam topper for occasions such as these and it did the trick.

We could communicate with the owner through email and we received the codes to enter the apartment in advance.

The bed was very uncomfortable and very noisy, which is inconvenient since it's an essential part of the apartment.

The host was very helpful and even bought us groceries while we were in quarantine. The place was good enough for our 2 weeks stay.

Sometimes the heater used to switch off and it used to get too cold. The bathroom was also very cold. There was a lot of tiny trash between the kitchen counter and the stove which was slightly disgusting. When we asked to do laundry more than once a week it used to irritate the owner which wasn't fair as I had fallen sick and had to wash clothes. Two of the stoves also didn't seem to work properly.

Location and Host was accommodating.

Washroom height by the sink is on the shorter side. I hit my head a couple times walking to the sink. I got used to it when entering the washroom
