The breakfast was excellent: an opulent buffet, replete with scrambled eggs, taters, banana muffins, toast, and refillable coffee and tea. The staff were courteous, professional, and very attentive to questions. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a wonderful view of the Winnipeg skyline. The bathroom was also spacious and very nicely-organized. There was excellent carpeting throughout the hotel lobby and within the rooms.

It's hard to think of anything that could've been improved. I think the only improvement I may suggest is offering up more guest parking spaces. By that I mean that if a hotel guest has a local friend who is arriving to meet him at the hotel, then perhaps offer that friend a parking space on the hotel property (if at all possible).

The hotel room was clean

The staff could have been friendlier at check in. I am indigenous and the front desk staff made me feel I was inconveniencing them. Not to mention they didn't even look up and welcome me when I walked in, I had to say "excuse me" to get her to look up. The guy standing next to her didn't even say anything either. And the guy at the other desk was on his cell phone.

Clean, comfortable, good location

Very poor sound proofing. Could hear the actual words in room next door and partying above until 1 A.am. Restaurant closed from 11 A.m. till noon with no warning. Who does that?

Location is good, staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is clean.

Noise from other guests, and the room’s door was noisy too.

It was a beautiful clean room. The staff was very accommodating.

The smell of the soap they used for the sheets was so strong I was having headaches. But the staff was able to refund me my money and even offered to put me in another room but I was worried the smell would be on the other sheets and pillow cases.
