The hotel was fine, the room was fine too.The only problem is that at the reception the stuff told us that we can park the car on their parking lot for $10 , i told the guy that i will park my car somewhere else, but my dad decided that he will take the $10 per night offer.When i told that to the guy, he said that that offer is no longer available.Now it's $20 .What is that ,a game?It's like they was playing games with- we had to accept that offer fast, because our time was running out?How was we suppose to know that?I complained, he said that he doesn't care.I told him that i will mention this in review, he said that he doesn't care.So here i am, mentioning it in review🤷🏼‍♀

Location is awsome just few steps from the beach. Even though is an old hotel, is extremely clean and comfortable, staff at the front desk is friendly and the breakfast is included

The room was comfortable, the bed. Not my first time.

The air blowed all night with warm air and it couldn't be adjusted so my sleep was miserable. The bathroom fan is extremely loud. I've stayed here a fee time before in the past but not so sure if I will again. Air & Heat during summer or winter is essential. 😢

The hotel is close to the boardwalk. I was so surprised at how bad it was. I thought it could not be that bad with the "Best Western" name on it. Turn out it was terrible.

Rusty hotel, with dirty and smelly rooms. The furniture look like it had never been cleaned. The bed headboard had some kind of sticky strain on it.

The room was well put together and spacious. I did not have no concerns nor complaints

I liked the distance from where I needed to attend the event where I was to go. The staff was nice and pleasant.

I didn't like the bed at all. It felt like a bed of wood covered with sheets. Did not sleep at all really. The hotel smells really dewy and definitely in need of some updated fixtures and other things. The carpet in hallways were very dirty with many food stains and other grimy stuff. My bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been.The wash rags we're dirty and didn't look clean. It was just ok for me only because of the price. I also don't understand why the closet door is blocked with the bed. How can the iron and ironing board be used if you can't get into the closet. Curtains were dirty and worn out and seats had burn holes in them. It's not the worse hotel but I would rather pay more and sleep comfortably where I pay my money!

The room was dirty, beds were not comfortable at all, bathtub/shower was beyond small, when I went out to the car everytime I got harassed by panhandlers in the parking lot of the hotel, front desk rep was rude and very unhelpful. Worst hotel I've stayed at in a very long time

Breakfast was great... The location was great.. The lady that clean on the 3rd floor that usually be at the Breakfast in the morning she was very NICE & CARING ...
