The hotel overall, from the moment we arrived was impressive. The staff was kind and helpful. The check in process was swift and painless. Our room was not only very nice, but also quite comfortable.

The room was nice and the view was great. Staff were excellent and their was lots of things to do inside the hotel. The place was quiet and family oriented. Would stay again and the rates were very reasonable.

the sheets had stains on them, pretty confusing layout, not enough shampoo & soaps and no conditioner at all.

Hotel looked as if it was empty, so if I hadn't asked when I checked in if I have a view to the ocean, Dawn would've given me a room with no view. Was disappointed that i was given a room on the 5th floor. If it's empty why not give your best rooms out??? Other than that it was fine...

I liked how you didn't have to leave the reports for anything 🤣 everything was there. Great food,great people, great rooms, &,great 🍷! Nice atmosphere definitely going back.

Everywhere was smoke smell
Outdated. Changed rooms for another due to smoke. The moment you turn the air conditioner off, smoke comes through the door. Left a charger in the room, no call back. Small insects in bathroom. In dining, long wait due to having forgotten my order.

old and needs updating. hallways were very dirty! not vacuumed in weeks. parking garage was scary and gross!! elevators are old and very very dirty!
