Great room, very clean and parking valet was excellent service during a busy Labour Day

Swimming pool is not a pool and jacuzzi was out of action. Restaurant service was rushed and no where to relax after 9pm as bar area was closed

The hotel was in a beautiful location, very clean and the staff were exceptionally helpful.

Location. It’s Next to many of the shopping/restaurants.

The room was ok. Shower was small. The toilet was right next to the shower and sink-had no privacy, super small restroom.

The room that we got came with a patio, which was a great additional space for our little one to play in. The room itself was large enough for all of us, and it was pretty quiet. You can't beat the location either as it was right next to the aquarium so we can easily come back to the hotel to rest and then go back.

The pool was a little cold unfortunately so we didn't use it as much as we would have liked.

Restaurant/ food Views

The arrival experience was great, everyone super friendly and helpful, very smooth experience. The location is unbeatable. It was also good, that everything was back to pre-pandemic levels, especially housekeeping.

To charge $75.00 PER DAY for our dog to stay with us. This could be a dealbreaker next time. We have stayed with him there many times, he is well behaved, does not make a mess, does jump onto the bed or anything. I understand that they might want to charge a one time fee and I am willing to pay $150, max for a stay, but definitely not $75.00 per day.

Room was very clean and comfortable beds. On site Restaurant and bar were excellent! Location was perfect!
