Chambre très spacieuse et correctement équipée

Der Rezeptionist Ricardo war sehr freundlich. Zimmer sauber, Ausstattung ok u die Lage in Monterey top.

Leider liegt das Hotel direkt in der Einflugschneise des Monterey Airports, daher wahnsinnig laut. Sehr dünne Wände, man kann alles hören was jemand im Nebenzimmer sagt. Man hört auch jedes Wort vom Parkplatz vorm Zimmer, Autotür zuschlagen etc.

Erika, at the front desk, was very nice and accommodating. Adjoined restaurant had very good food, too.

The hotel could use a little face lift, and the party that was going on in the adjoining building was very loud.

Room was very tired and in need of a refurb.

The bed & pillows were great and better than the other hotels around. We had a room by the pool which was nice for the kids. Clean rooms and plenty of towels. 2 queens had more than enough room for a family of 4. Ricardo & Erika at the front desk were excellent! Will definitely stay again.

No table/desk but the TV stand/dresser worked out for us 👍 Just needed somewhere to put our dinner and snacks lol 🍕🍪🍨🍔🍟

The staff was really nice when we checked in.

The room and the bathroom were not clean at the time of arrival. The floor in the room hadn’t been cleaned, our feet were black after walking back from the bathroom and there was food wrappers on the side of the bed that was not ours. The bathroom still had hair on the floor and in the shower. Was disappointed that I had to ask staff to clean that after arriving.

Erika was very friendly and the gentleman helped us when the bathroom door got locked was very kind as well

Room has very bad sound proof. We can clearly hear the next door talking late into the night. There were also frequent loud motorcycle noise, airplane and other highway noise came in throughout the night. First night of arrival, there was a truck parked very near to our room door in the disability spot. A male was standing by the truck, smoking and chatting on the phone for a long time there, which was a bit nerve racking.

very clean, spacious room only complaint was that the breakfast was not as nice as I expected based on the pictures. they had bagels, toast, apples, oranges, yogurt, juice. Only real "major" breakfast item was waffles which took forever because they only had 2 waffle makers and about 20 people in line to make them....
