The swimming pool was perfect for the kids

For the cost of the room when I asked for a CT blanket and pillow we didn’t receive either. I requested 4 towels and only received 3, I requested 3 pieces of cutlery and only received 2.
Friday night supper was not worth the $40 we paid.

The beds were comfortable
I stepped on a piece of glass that stuck into my foot. When I pulled it out, I started to bleed. I told the front desk and he offered me a free upgrade the next time I went there.
I was there with my mom because we were cremating my little brother as he has passed away suddenly and tragically. We’re from Edmonton and this hotel was the closest to the hotel. There was absolutely no remorse or sympathy or anything. I felt like they just wanted me to leave, just to get on to the people behind me that we’re checking in.

Bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Pool was great. Water slide was fun, 2 hot tubs that were nice and warm, room was clean.
Claim they are serious about Covid cleanliness but zero hand soap in the room and no Kleenex to be found. Cleaning staff didn’t replace the facecloths but took the dirty ones. restaurant seriously understaffed. keys stopped working the second day so I had to go get them reprogrammed and they were like oh aren’t you checking out? like no I paid for 2 days so I’d like to stay the two days? bathroom needs a serious Reno….when you try to turn on the shower it’s so stiff and only turns on half way.

Room was not very clean upon arrival, found hair in bathroom and food on the carpet.

Very clean & staff was so nice & friendly
When we booked the hotel I was on price line & somehow I ended up on bookings.com not sure how that happened but ended up paying a way higher price the it was on price line so we were very disappointed

Pool and casino
My room key didn't work sometimes. I paid for 9 days. No reason I should have had to get it reprogrammed twice while there. Room card was not near anything that would have demagnatized it. Really disappointed with thos. All the counter person had to say was this happens some times.
