Bed was comfortable room was clean when we arrived and comfortable, was high floor so very convenient, we didn't hear any noise

coffee maker didn't work, luggage cart were no available even we asked for staff didn't get it for us, we arrived around 1 am we didn't have room keeping we have to ask and get after 4.00 pm . we couldn't book through the website because was unavailable when tried several times, therefor couldn't get member point, but not only that the water was for sale ( 2 bottles of a quarter for 2.50) I really dint like it also the front desk guy charged us 100 for deposit with out our authorization , let us know after the charge , we were more comfortable to pay cash and get back at the end of the stay as we had a previous bad experience in other hotel. last one I forgot my phone at the front desk, called immediately and ask for it ( from my room) the guy said yes its here, so my husband came to pick it up and because was locked did not get it in first time and the guy called me to ask for my password I found it very unprofessional. He would never ever ask for any password for any client. He knew was mine, he saw us, were the only clients there it was around 1 am. i called to ask and describe the case and phone. anyways my 2 cents

A power outage resulted in us having to leave in the night. The corridors were pitch black with no emergency lighting, the exit doors were locked, there were no clear directions to exit the building and the lobby doors did not even open, staff were providing no assistance or flash lights and there were no announcements. If the power outage resulted in a fire there would likely be casualties as a result of this lack of consideration for emergencies.

The pool was freezing cold and unenjoyable The mattress was bigger than the box spring and was a bit of a slip/fall accident The shower and tub ran at the same time The tub drained poorly And the power went out there was a serious issue with the safety with the lack of proper and regulating safety lighting system Then said they would discount and give free breakfast and didn’t so very disappointed with our family stay would not recommend

The room was clean and larger than expected. The restaurant was good, but overpriced. It was great to have laudrny on site but that was also overpriced.

The hotel lobby where the restaurant was located was freezing! They doors open wide and everything is exposed. There was a small lounge area across from the restaurant with a fireplace, but that was not working and when we inquired about turning it on they said it was broken and the heater was also broken. This was disappointing because we were stuck there due to weather and wanted to get out of the hotel room. We are were at the airport and there was no where close to go, so the lobby was the only choice and it wasn't comfortable. We asked to sit in the restaurant to have a drink that weren't allowed unless we ordered food. You could only sit at the bar and that was full because it only had 4/5 seats. Seems pretty small for an airport hotel

Yo be honest I was a little shocked with the security deposit. It was refunded at check out. Other parts of Nova Scotia didn’t require it

Ice maker was broke for TWO weeks! I stayed there on 6/15 AND 6/29. Also the fitness room had no air conditioning. That was also broke for two weeks.

It was dirty. From the entrance, along the corridor to the room. shockingly considered how we’ve all spent the last three years that standards could slip so low. we would have left early but when I highlighted the issues the head of housekeeping who came to see our room/agreed with our concerns and personally cleaned our room whilst we were out. made all the difference so we stayed.

The pool was closed and this was not disclosed in advance. The ceiling in the bathroom falling apart & mold in corner of the room.

Shuttle to airport was easy to use.

The pool was closed and I had 4 kids with me . It wasn’t listed as closed . Then we could go to hotel next door and go swimming . That pool was also closed

The bathroom sink was very slow to drain The heat did not work, cool air always came out of the heater and noisy.No pen or paper in the room.The fridge was also noisy and kept thing cool but not cold.

Pool was disgusting. We complained and didn’t receive great feedback. We had to push for something to be done for us and got free parking but have yet to check the visa to see if it was actually credited
