I liked the breakfast, the fact that I could bring my dog and the staff was nice.

Great location to downtown Mystic. I loved having a kitchen. That was great.

It's an old property and Needs a face-lift. The couch was stained. Breakfast wasn't replenished for the amount of people that was there.

The staff was amazing greeting us with a friendly comment every time we entered the lobby. The staff knew the hotel guests and were empathetic & compassionate. This hotel staff surpassed that of any hotel we have stayed at in our 33 years of marriage. Wonderful!

A piece of the handicap shower was broken so it wouldn't hold the shower head hose. Yet, we easily adapted.

Great location and the staff was awesome and very helpful.

The room lock didn't latch up without a little effort , heat lamp switch didn't work and the closet door closest to the room safe was off track.The bagels were stale at breakfast.

Quiet room. Full kitchen in our room. Everything worked.

Asked for towels to be brought to the pool twice. After waiting for another 30 mins I decided to just walk to my room to grab the room towels for my family since they were freezing and wanted to get out of the pool. The towels never came by the time we left. Heat was loud at night and Cook never showed up to cook breakfast.

Broken TV and ice maker. No cable at first

Staff was helpful, parking was okay and location was convenient.

TV remote did not work, light in kitchen was out, noisy room fan. key swipe system was just installed but would reset so it no longer worked in the door. It was overpriced for the quality of the room.

Breakfast was wonderful and tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Update- I just spoke to Francesca the manager and she offered to sign me up for membership and give me points. I told her this is unacceptable. I told her we should be refunded some of the cost. Francesca is taking $25 off a $410 bill. This is not hospitality. For the price we paid for the 1 bedroom suite I expected the fireplace as described but when I called the front desk I was told some have them others don't. When I set up the pull out for my son's I realized there was only 1 pillow. We called the front desk to get additional pillows but were told they didn't have any available. The total price with tax was over $400 for the night. For that price I expected pillows for all of us. Also, the bed in the bedroom is a full/queen and extremely firm. Not a restful stay.

Holes in the walls. Water stains on the ceilings. Food was old, milk was spoiled and served to guests.

The hotel was located near the aquarium that we were visiting and was easy to find, easy to park and easy to check in. The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly

there’s no way to sugar coat it - the pool and the pool room was just absolutely gross. Thin walls and lack of sound proofing meant that we listened to someone else’s TV until very late at night, and then again at 5 am.
