It's central!

Staff are excellent. Hotel is very clean, beds comfy.

AC in our room was really, really noisy so we had to turn it off to get some sleep even though that made the room hot. Rooms that face the front do hear traffic noise.

The location was great, just a quick drive to our meetings location. The hotel was quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

We booked two rooms through booking.com and put an employees name assigned to each room. When we checked in we were told we only booked one room and that our credit card was declined even though we had pre-paid. The front desk employee was not very kind or helpful and when I was explaining how I booked two rooms through booking.com, told me to "call Booking then". She then made us sit in the lobby and wait while they 'figured it out' without really letting us know where the issue was. A different employee came out and told me again that I did not have a reservation and once I showed her the booking.com confirmation, said that they 'found it'. I then got my key and was told 'sorry'. The experience was frustrating with the lack of a proper explanation of what happened or where the issue was. Mistakes happen, but it is a choice to be rude. I will not book at this hotel in the future.

very comfy beds, spacious rooms. quiet if you ask for rooms on the back side of the hotel away from lobby and pool end.
