Dirty door in the bathroom, overall dated and not well cleaned place. Very noisy air conditioner. Windows couldn't be kept open due to road paving noise and smell.

very old property with furniture from the 1970’s. check in staff wasnt helpful and took a while to use computer to find booking. didnt know anything about the area. asked for area for walks etc and couldnt answer. said to check brochures

location was great! Close to all amenities such as restaurants and gas stations. Cold fridge, cool room (it was a hot one that weekend) and sheet were clean.

Garbage strewn down the stairs, multiple full garbage cans not being attended to without a request. Lack of towels, poor water pressure, spa bath is great but no fan in the bathroom. My feet were black from the floors. Lacked hot water in the sink. Took about 4 min to reach our end of the building.

I could take my dog and the room was really big

no pool and hot tub access was difficult. also I asked the manager if I could check in early. he said the room was t ready so I sat in my car and waited 3 hours and not one of the staff came to clean my room. when I checked in my room had been cleaned before I arrived.

I liked the convenience of check in and check out and parking.

Specifically booked the king spa suite because I wanted to spend some time in the jacuzzi tub but the jacuzzi tub was not functioning. The toilet was also broken. The bed was broken. The TV was old and I couldn't hook up hdmi to it. Walls were thin and I was woken up by ppl upstairs making noise. Also the walls were dirty in the bathroom like it had resin dripping down it.. The office didn't answer the phone or the door when I tried to confront them about the poor accommodations. I've got another trip booked and prepaid in a few months at the same location but a different room and am not looking forward to my stay at all and my booking is non refundable. I left a complaint via email but have not heard anything back in the form of apologies or compensation. I will never willingly stay here again in the future beyond this current stay or my prebooked non refundable stay in the near future.

Check in was confusing. Booked and paid through booking.com and then paid again at the front desk. Still waiting to see if I was double charged for the room. There are some sketchy people that seem to live there in the rooms. The pool was under renos and there was nothing mentioned when we booked the room.

That it appeared from what I saw very clean... it had a warm, cozy feel to the room... the location was jus up off the main Hwy but it seemed quiet & if you get hungry... there's a choice of a couple places within walkin distance...

The motel misrepresents itself sayin they have spa baths... what they have is a STANDARD size tub that has inset "armrests" & 4 jets... by definition a spa bath is a LARGE tub, usually accommodatin two or more persons... I'm a larger, disabled woman w/medical/health issues... after our long drive was very sore & tired, jus wanted to relax ASAP... tried gettin in the "spa bath" even though it was NOT what was advertised or we expected & because it's a STANDARD tub wound up gettin stuck & havin to call local fire dept to assist in gettin me out of the tub & back into my wheelchair... ultimate embarrassment & humiliation... needless to say we researched & CALLED to verify the next room had a legit spa tub & we checked out within a couple hours of checkin-in... the management/staff were rather rude & unaccommodatin... since we'd been in the room a couple hours & attempted to use it's facilities we didn't feel that askin for a full refund would be appropriate, so we asked for 50% refund of nightly cost... we tried explainin the room was NOT what was expected & would've been accommodated for our troubles & the misrepresentation & they would've been accommodated for havin to tidy the room for the next guest... that was unacceptable to the motel & we were denied ANY compensation... also the fact that it's now 2 days after check-out & I've yet to receive the refund on my cash damage/security deposit... if you don't mind bein lied to, then it wouldn't be a bad place to stay...

Definitely an aged motel but the manager was amazing and went out of her way to make us happy.
