Very kind and attentive staff, made us feel at home! The room was clean and tidy, and the reserved parking was very convenient. We didn't try the pool due to lack of time. The simple yet good packed breakfast was appreciated.

A bit noisy

Cleaning staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms very clean. Beds comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and we needed it in 30 degree weather.

Hotel was a looked run down. Outside especially. Pool not working. Rooms clean but worn out looking. Very chintzy with towels, soap and shampoo extras. Front desk staff person was not customer service oriented. We had phoned hotel asking for two room side by side and on second floor. We were told this could be done and it wasn't. We got the first floor and only after a room switch because of smoke smell did we have two rooms together. We were told by desk staff that she always puts seniors on first floor. We are not that senior. She also took a phone call in the middle of our check in. Left us waiting.

The outside by the front desk was presentable and clean

Upon entering the room there was a white brown stain on the floor, but as i touched it with my shoe, it came up The carpet is very old and outdated. Walking on it with my shoes, it felt dirty and musty, lifting in up in some places. The floor was very loud when walking and ended up tiptoeing throughout. The overall feeling was not safe, as there were some sketchy people in the other rooms. The caulking was coming up around the sink and was very noticeable. The bed was comfortable with a mattress protector and pad, but there was no fitted sheet. Not sure if i was allergic to the detergent they use, but i woke up through the night and felt like something was being crawled on. The window was locked, but still was able to slide a little bit.
