The breakfast was very good. Different items at the buffet daily. Staff were excellent, very cleaned and stocked.

Indoor pool was nice and hotel was convenient to the highway and the ice castles.
Too expensive for what you get. The room was very tight for all 4 of us. The hallway lights shined all the way around the hotel room door, it didn’t seem secure. The vending machines didn’t work. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The elevator was slow. The breakfast was not good.

Note: this was my FIRST time staying at a Holiday Inn. I only chose it because in the are I was visiting, it had the highest rating on Booking.com. Honestly, I would never stay in one again, but with that said, check in was a little bit confusing but the person checking me in was very apologetic, my room was clean, it was huge, my bed was comfortable, it had a microwave, two TVs, a coffee machine and a small fridge. It had everything that I needed, but was just physically depressing in shades of brown and lost in 1990. With better lighting and a few splash of colors I believe it would be much better.

The breakfast was really good. The room was nice, had a corner room. There was 5 of us and we took advantage of the sofa bed. Everyone slept comfortable
Parking was issue due to the snow storm. A lot of the spots were filled with snow. "But we found a place to park and made it work. Sometimes you cannot control everything.

We had a great stay, a second elevator could help, there were sometimes delays when waiting for the elevator.
