property was great

the housekeeping. we forgot a Prada bag in the room. we realized 4 hours later and called the hotel. they said that they don’t have it. we kept calling and asked to speak with housekeeping. they said that they didn’t find it. we drove back to hotel and they said they found the bag. they gave it to us but forgot to remove the tag that said and I quote. Prada bag, with keys and gift cards, if no one calls “Heather wants it”… well Heather and the hotel so that you know that is theft! I cannot believe how disgusting your practices are. I hope the hotel management reads this and that other guest understand that housekeeping will not contact you even if they know who owns it, they have your phone number and who you are. they will wait for you and simply steal it. what a way to ruin a great Christmas vacation. just for this alone I would stay away from here.

Housekeeping very poor Some lamps in the bedrooms no light. No clean towels the next morning. Nobody's picked up the trash until I did call the front desk.

it was very clean and spacious with a brand new indoor pool and hot tub. view was amazing also. staff we all so nice.

The location was great. The units were very spacious, and there was plenty of seating for our guests.

We booked our rooms at the same time with another couple, but they placed us at opposite ends of the property.

Check out at 10 is early. Breakfast would be nice too.

The property is in a nice location to explore the white mountain national forest and surroundings.

We had a one bedroom with a sleeper sofa and kitchenette. The mattress for the sleeper sofa was awful. The bedding for the sofa which comes in plastic bags had some kind of dirt all over the sheets so they had to be exchanged. The outdoor pool which is supposed to be new had the dirtiest water. Extremely milky and a distinct lack of chlorine for the extrem amount of people and kids in the pool.The jacuzzi was ok. The indoor pool and jacuzzi is still under construction. Definitely not a good cost value ratio.
