Convenient to Highway, gas and food. Guest Services were helpfull, pleasant and professional.

Dated decor and hardware. Shower curtain assembly was falling off wall, coat hanger hooks missing, shower hooks broken off door, plumbing hardware rusted, and offered tepid hot water settings. Heat settings were not responsive, and T-Stat was meaningless number. Dog barking through the night. Room, corridor, and back egress door smelled of pot.

No frills, quiet, not many extra guests, only guests at breakfast, functional clean, good food for breakast and on time.

Exercise room was shut down.

This place is outdated, everything smells and barely functions. Our room had a very stinky air conditioner and windows wouldn’t open. Not a comfortable stay for sure!

Pocket door in bathroom wouldn't close without a struggle. When checking out, had already turn in my room key. Had to make a last minute stop. Staff directed me to a public bathroom. Upon entering the bathroom, found 2 mice running around the room. Not the way to end the stay.

The pool was out of order, the gym was out of order. The room has a weird smell. I had to buy a candle to cover up the scent.

More clean rooms and maybe accommodate for the loss of amenities. You still pay the same price for a space but have no amenities

charged $50 more than what was on booking.com and the $50 fee. so stay was $200 rather than $98. false advertising at its finest!

I requested that my husband get a breakfast bag to go & it was not ready. He had to leave sooner than when you were serving breakfast. He just left

NO SMOKING MEANS NO SMOKING AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BOTH 1ST & 2ND FLOOR WERE SMOKED OUT WITH POT THROUGHTOUT EVERYWHERE. THIS IS A TURN OFF AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED ESPECIALLY SINCE IT HAS A DISTINCT SMELL VERY DISAPPOINTED

The sheets and bedding seemed clean.

I arrived at the check in time but my room wasn’t ready. I couldn’t be told when it would be ready. And when I asked if I could use the bathroom I was told they only had one and it was in use because there were several other guests who could not access their rooms either. The bathroom door didn’t work. The trims were only partially painted. Everything was clean but seemed like a collage of other rooms furniture and paintings left in my room.
