Dirty towels, dirty trash can, light needed to be unplugged to turn off, hallway smelled bad, very bad. The bathroom door did not lock. TV did not work. Black out curtains full of holes. Stains on ceiling. No coffee. No breakfast. Pictures online are very old, probably from. Prior owners . Wish I could post more photos.

It's a convenient location. Front staff was very nice and pleasant at check in.

The paper thin walls. Bathroom door didn't shut unless you slammed it shut. Non smoking room with cigarette burn in comforter. Great shower pressure but only warm water.

The Hotel is a mile or so from town. The heater worked. The staff that we saw were nice.

No one was at the desk when we checked out so I could not tell someone that the toilet seat was broken, the bathroom sink was teetering on the pedestal, there were no tissues or cups in the room. Breakfast was not offered even thought the website says there is breakfast. The bathroom is tiny. This place needs a major renovation.

it looked like it was under construction it smelled like cigarette smoke no amenities burn holes in blankets sheets were dirty shower curtain was moldy I slept on top of the bed fully dressed checked out the next day

The parking lot is well lit at night and the rooms are surprisingly spacious for the price. I've stayed here twice and both times the rooms were so clean you could smell the lysol, which we loved! The staff is very nice. We didn't stay for breakfast because we had to leave early, so I can't speak to what kind of breakfast they offer. Next time I'm in the area I'd definitely stay again

The ac kept cycling off at night, so we got kinda hot and couldn't figure out how to change it, but that was a very minor inconvenience.

The location was fine for proximity to our event.

There was an issue with everything: it was noisy at night, the mattress was very uncomfortable, the room smelled, the TV didn't work, there was a lamp with a blown bulb, the toilet rocked back and forth when you sat on it.

The bed was ok

There was a hole in the wall which had been taped up. Cigarette burns in the blankets. Peeling paint. Mold in shower and a broken toilet paper dispenser (just metal sticking out of the wall).

The closeness to Putnam downtown. It was easy to get Putnam Science Academy and Walmart.

The beddings were not neat and no breakfast was available. No ready access to taxi service. You need to have an american number so that you can call for Uber services.

Cost was affordable.

People living there on a regular basis were noisy after hours.

When I entered my room, the A/C unit was open with the casing on the ground. The sheets were dirty and there were recently patched holes in the drywall. There were watermarks and holes in the ceiling. The while room smelled like smoke. And to top it all off, my room did not lock. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

It was over priced, dirty, our sheets, blankets and towels had holes in them. I killed 2 huge spiders, no shampoo or conditioner, no breakfast, door didn't have a safety lock inside, non smoking room reeked of smoke, no one at front desk after check in. No central air and wall unit didn't work properly. Putnam is a great town, but this place should be shut down!

Comfortable bed

The smell of cigarettes in a non smoking room, could only get 1 channel on tv and the sheets were stained. Room said it had a bathtub at time of reservations but only had a stand up shower
