there where no heather on my room

Absolutely nothing- breakfast wasn’t included only parking in a HORRIBLE parking garage that the ceiling was exploding from. It exploded right in front of my face. It was disgusting, moldy and falling apart from top to bottom. My toilet screamed the entire night and I got told by the night worker “to stick my hand in the back of the toilet and pull up the lever in the water”. I got told the point where I had finally had enough and said that I needed a full refund immediately and I was leaving when I got back from a local concert but got told I’d get a full refund from the manager in the morning if I waited.That did not happen WHATSOEVER. I almost had to call the cops on them but decided to be a decent human before the new year.

The morning manager verbally assulted me with a female employee, in English and in their native language- hid in another room when I was on the phone with my mother asking her for help as I’m traveling from over 8 hours away. He refused to oblige by what his employee told me, refused to give me a higher ups phone number- then blackmailed me and said I wouldn’t get ANY discount if I made a review or called anyone to complain.. but after I said I wouldn’t, gave me only $50 back for me $200 stay.

no daily room service. room stinks. when you enter smells like cannabis factory. carpet over 50 years old. very dark in the room. no safe feeling as other guests very noisy all day and night. no breakfast

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Everything else was poor, it smelled of cigarettes, the WiFi didn't work, the staff were not helpful with WiFi and took 10 minutes for me to be served for checking despite no one being there. The room was not the cleanest and had holes everywhere. There was used Chewing gum stuck to the furniture. The toilet had long hairs on the handle and inside. There was no elevator from the car park to the rooms so I had to carry luggage up stairs and downstairs.

Nothing. It wasn’t even cheap to stay!

Terrible throughout and super, super hot. NO AC in the hallways and the AC in the room was off and it took hrs to cool down the room. Fridge smelled and it was off as well and had to call them to turn it on. No elevator so I had to walk up and down the stairs to get inside property from parking lot and then again to my room on the 2nd flr. it was dark and pretty creepy throughout.
