Room and staff
Older hotel needs some repair. Hard to get in and out.

Very polite staff, food was great.
There was still old dirty cutlery from previous occupants and the bathroom was not cleaned very well still had stains in the bath and basin from previous occupants. Needs an upgrade/refresh cracked sinks etc.

The staff was very polite and friendly! The rooms were clean, and well kept.

It took me 10 minutes to find someone to check me in. Three other people were there waiting too. They had been waiting 10 or 15 minutes before I came in. Ridiculous.

The bed was clean and comfortable.
It's time for the hotel to be upgraded and have basic repairs to make the hotel polished. My window was shattered from the outside. Some of the furniture was damaged in the room. The edges of the room needed to be vacuumed, and the faucet wasn't properly set. Staff was basic, no energy.

Hotel was dirty, we had to flag down someone to check us in. Beds had this vibrating squeek just from turning over. The restraint was nice and the food was okay but the rest felt like a motel 6. Way overpriced for what we got. I never leave bad reviews but the pictures are very deceptive.

Room appeared to be upgraded with new flooring and furnishings.
Room was directly adjacent to vending and housekeeping laundry room so noisy. Toilet would run every 30 minutes.

This hotel is undergoing remodeling and unfortunately the job is not being done properly.
Our AC barely worked, a huge slide came from it and I did try again.
The bed o wasn’t sure was a bed I thought it was a box spring
with a 1/2 inch cushion cover. The fan in the bathroom did not work.
The cleanliness was not great and the sheets had a weird smell.

Breakfast was well done.
Almost 100 degrees out and pool was closed. People in room next door carried on until 5AM and we got zero help from management
