Not as clean as I would like. The hallway carpets are in need of a deep cleaning. The room we were in had too much unnecessary furniture.

Convenient to Roam bus stop to get to Banff. Pretty view. Delicious cookies in the afternoon with a dispenser of fruity water.

Everything was awesome. We stayed 4 nights with family and enjoyed every moment of our stay .The location is great access to all attractions. The hotel is very clean , and the service is too good in all aspects . Bed is vozy & comfortable to sleep. Parking available at hotel premises which made our life easy .Definitely would visit again & and I will recommend family & friends too .Breakfast is super awesome & we enjoyed it. Check-in & check out process is so easy . One of the reception staff Ms.Karin who helped us in check in toooo good in her behaviour. So polite & humble. Appreciate her service level so much. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and nice.

The garbage in the hallways was off putting. The hallways could have been vacuumed more frequently. Also, the pool floor could have been cleaner.

Convenient location not too far from Banff and easily drivable distance to Lake Louise. Friendly staff. From the exterior, the place looks comfortable and quaint. Nice pool area and waterslide for the kids

We were given a basement room with no duvets/comforters. The beds only had sheets, while temperatures are still in the minuses. The breakfast was only scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, potatoes, and waffles, so there was not much of a selection. Gym equipment was outdated.

The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos. The property including lobby and hallways were always being cleaned. staff were exceptional and the hotel provided free and delicious hot chocolate and cookies for guests in the lobby.

I was impressed with the price and value, as well as care the staff took to recognize our guests birthday. They realized after we checked in they forgot and called us over and provided him with a card signed by all the staff as well as a chocolate bar made from a local store.

upgraded us seniors to the top floor so as not to be disturbed by all the hockey team

In the beautiful room 411 the toilet was so low we could barely get off. needs to be modernized

i dont like that the soundproff of the room is very poor we can here people outside.

it was easy to find and get to. there was ample parking and amazing facilities. breakfast was pretty good as well. very nice rooms and large for the price. we had a fireplace which was nice.

the rooms are not sound proof at all. Could hear everyone in the hallway and outside smoking. the pill wasn’t that close to the room but could still hear it. was overtop the breakfast room so that was loud as well

Asked for a quiet room and received a room with AHU right above making lots of noise. Window crank was broken and left on sill. Could not close window. Breakfast not offered until 7 am. Very noisy location.

Nice room, good view

Extremely load furnace/fan running 24/7 outside of room. Fitness room equipment broken to the point of being dangerous, rusted and broken wire cables on weight station. No upper jets working in hot tub. It has been my experience that fitness facilities in hotels are very low priority to the point of being laughable as was the case here.
