Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr unfreundlich und unkooperativ. Es gab einen Tag lang extrem lauten Baustellenlärm, das Hotel war nicht bereit hier einen Nachlass zu geben, tatsächlich war die Antwort sehr Arrogant "Ihr Problem interessiert uns nicht" Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für diese "Absteige" passt vorne und hinten nicht. Der Zustand vom Hotel im Allgemeinen ist ziemlich heruntergekommen, nur die Zimmer waren OK. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Da gibt es sicherlich besseres für deutlich weniger Geld.

The location was excellent. The staff were really nice, Jenna at front desk received us and treated us well. The continental breakfast was a nice surprise. The patio overlooking ocean drive was great to have. The pool area was lovely and views over the park and ocean drive from that vantage point was really cool. Getting a glass of champagne on arrival in the evening from Jenna added a special touch to the stay. Overall, a great stay was had.

The Valet service needs to be improved. But seems to have gotten better after a complaint. Once that is corrected stay would be superb.

The staff was nothing short of amazing.

The value. I paid $1200 for the weekend for a room that was smaller than an average hotel room but was considered a “Luxury Studio”. Has a balcony that faces the inside of the hotel which we didn’t use due to lack of privacy. I know that sounds weird but I rather have a balcony facing the street than the inside of the hotel where people are going back and forth going in and out of their rooms directly in front of you.

The location and staff were both fantastic. I want to give this hotel a superior review; however, I feel like it is an old apartment building that they are trying to glitz up, but on a cheap budget. I stayed in the one bedroom with a balcony and ocean view. The sofa was too big to fit on any wall other than the one right in front of the sliding door to access the balcony. Improvements were poorly done. For almost $600/night give or take, I thought the improvements would have been done to a higher standard. That said, the staff was very accommodating and friendly (and I slept great every night). My 24 year old son slept on the sofa bed. While the stay was comfortable I don’t think I would book this property again because of the cost. Again, A plus for the staff.

We arrived at the Bentley and were not happy with our room it looked onto a neighbouring property under construction Fidel at the front desk was amazing always happy and helpful he upgraded us to the PH5 which exceeded my expectations. Huge terrace and view of the ocean. The two bedroom apartment was well appointed and the housekeeping staff did a very good job. The room was well stocked with extra towels and robes. We were here for 10 days and the little apartment was perfect with kitchen dining and lounge

the pillows were not great lumpy and dacron the coffee maker was single cup with coffee bags the area is a little sketchy with many homeless but close to the beach park and restaurants
