Front desk staff refused to provide an invoice at checkout. They only unwillingly gave me a copy of the invoice after telling them that I was going to call the police. Unacceptable!. I was also told to go back to my rom to drop the key as they were not willing to accept the door key at the front desk.

When we arrived to check in to our already booked room they didn’t have it available and had to move us to the other inn that’s located beside them. Once we made our way over there we were told that the room was still being cleaned (this was already 9pm), but that we could have a late checkout of 1pm to accommodate. On checkout day we found out that they would not honour us being told late check out of 1pm and we were forced to pay extra. On top of this, we asked for clean bath towels to take a quick shower before leaving and were given some extremely torn and stained hand towels instead. Upon check out staff actually charged us for these and then said it was our fault for accepting them from the cleaning ladies in the first place!

The room was very clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The front office staff are very friendly and obliging. Great quality for money. Ideally located on both Surrey Central and King George bus lines

absolute garbage. it’s disgusting. bed sheets and pillow cases were not changed. stunk so badly could hardly breathe in the room. to make matters worse they would not refund my money. do not stay here at all. places like this should be shut down

It didn't have any napkins in the room. There was no shower gel. Even the shower didn't work I had to take bath but the water didn't come from the shower. I just used tap to take shower. I really disappointed in the morning.
