The convenience regarding the location

The refrigerator wasn't working at first and when it was fixed, it barely worked. Kids running down the hall playing. Had to call twice.

Nothing went well, I booked our rooms in January for the NPE24 show in May received an email 3 days prior to our arrival confirming got to the hotel and was told we had been moved to another hotel / location 20 minutes away I was not notified by anyone this had happened, we booked here due to the NPE24 show and its proximity to everything. no email, no phone call, no voice mail saying there was an issue....now your asking how my stay was and you are the one who cancelled and moved my booking, which at the time I made it was nonrefundable!

What could have been better was if you honored my reservation after you took the money since it was months in advance and was not sold out when I made the reservations. Your company has no integrity & I will never trust it again.... this was a huge inconvenience, we ended up having to rent a car & pay for parking everyday on top of the hassle you caused by moving us, since we could not use the shuttle to the convention center

It was clean and I loved our room. The free breakfast was good and staff very nice.

I could hear the highway very clearly. I wonder why you would put anyone on that side of the hotel with so many available rooms. You can tell there are open rooms by how they open the blinds when no one is staying there. That is my only complaint.

I love the fact that the embassy has full breakfast service, makes you really feel like you are getting what you paid for. So much better than the regular continental breakfast. We were within walking distance of a lot of places, and if we wanted to venture out further we could use the trolley, instead of moving our vehicle. They allow pets, but we did not hear barking all day long.

I enjoyed everything during my stay. I have nothing to complain about.

Belle vue sur Icon Park du 7eme étage. Personnel impeccable. Chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée Drinks offerts aux clients en fin de journée, ambiance très sympa dans l'atrium. Petit déjeuner complet, bien servi. Parking en proximité directe et possibilité de rester garés après le check out. Conciergerie très dynamique qui va à la rencontre des clients pour proposer ses services et des offres commerciales dans les Parks et environs. Positionnement géographique parfait pour profiter des parcs mais aussi d'autres attractions très sympas en proximité directe. Piscine et jacuzzi ouverts jusque tard donc parfait après une journée complète à Universal ou Disney pour se requinquer.

C'est un atrium donc selon oû la chambre se trouve, cela peut être un peu bruyant mais c'est assez bien géré. La décoration des chambres est un petit peu désuète mais ça reste cosy. L'affluence au petit déjeuner est assez mal gérée et l'occupation des tables peu cohérentes (1 personne sur une table de 4, longue file aux omelettes...). Une personne pour gérer la salle serait sans doute la solution. Pour éviter le placement libre anarchique.

I luv breakfast and happy hour

The bath tub was horrible. The first room headboard t bathtub was horrible and the 2nd room was better..Recommend new headboards., pillows and tubs

Went up to bar with free drink ticket 7 minutes after happy hour ended and was told by an aloof person that happy hour was over and they could not accommodate me.

המיטות היו נוחות מאוד, החדר גדול מאוד ויש הרבה מקום. האנשים בקבלה היו מקסימים ונעימים! וגם שירות חדרים מצוין! אהבנו שיש לחמים ללא גלוטן בארוחת הבוקר. בסך הכל תמורה טובה מאוד למחיר .

ארוחת בוקר מצומצמת ביותר. אין ירקות בכלל!! חניה לאורחי המלון עולה 22 דולר ללילה. ויש קצת ריח עובש בחדרים.

The location was great. Breakfast was amazing. The breakfast staff were very attentive and nice. Room was beautiful.

The staff forgot about me when they asked me to wait for check in. My room wasn’t ready at check in time. I had to go to the desk multiple times to keep checking. The female who told me to sit down and she would come get me clocked out for work and left. I went to the desk and Luis checked me into a room. The pool was closed two days. The elevator was slow and one on our side was out of order for a day.

The location.

The bar didn't have the staff needed to take care of the guests. There was one bartender and one Mgr. The wait time to get a drink was at least 20-30 minutes! Many guests left to go elsewhere. The bartender was excellent and tried his best.

Amazing location.

Front door locks at 11 pm so had to wait outside for someone to let us in to check in. Elevators broken, gate entry system for parking is complex and fails to work. Breakfast ran out of several items, eggs, waffles, bacon, and odd things including cups. Evening reception line was crazy long since only one server was working. Older rooms, dated decor from the 60’s maybe….just a failure in many areas. Hassled at breakfast to join timeshare.

The rooms are looking a little tired and could do with an update. We looked at a couple of other hotels that the rooms were noticeably better, however we are loyal to embassy suites.
