The staff was great. The breakfast was very good. Paying 19.00 for parking when I was charged basically over 300.00 for a room that is worth about 200.00 if that, was not so cool. As far as location, its just like anywhere else as long as you have a rental car the location is great. The pool is small but not so many people were using it so we basically had it to ourselves. They said they will be renovating soon which it needs badly. So in a nutshell the staff made a place that normally would get maybe 6 stars 8 stars. If you renovate the rooms, depending on the extent of the renovation you will be around 9 stars and would deserve it as long as you keep the people you have working for you.

Room above me I could hear when walking and room next to me I could hear music, so the walls are maybe to thin or lack sound proofing.

First night, the toilet clogged, then again the last night. Both times, we had to unclog it.

we had stomping children above us all night. cleaning folks early in the morning bring loud enough to wake us up in the north building. I requested no feather bedding die to allergies and had to request it again after w arrived.

Overall, clean facilities. Laundry and fitness facilities on site. GREAT LOCATION! On-site Breakfast was amazing. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the biscuits in particular.

One Elevator in North Building that took a while to arrive at each floor. Creaked quite a bit but I am nitpicking at an overall great stay.

Terrific breakfast, amazing location on the waterway with walking paths out the door! Close to some great eateries, Liberty station shops and parks..our room had a stunning view of harbor and city.

I liked everything about my stay. Everyone was attentive and courteous, the place was spotless. Breakfast daily was excellent! ( full breakfast ). Location was perfect. If you didn't have a room with a view of the bay you could go and sit near the water with tropical theme all around. Will definitely return!

Josh and Kelly were great! We were staying for my daughters fourth birthday, when we arrived they had a welcome gift with some goodies for her! She was stoked and felt so special. Kelly got us a first floor room with a little extra square footage. We definitely will be back thanks to Kelly and Josh!

nice location, well maintained hotel, good breakfast

cleaning only once per stay. they say you can request cleaning anytime, but the look we received was not ok.

We stayed for a one night before going to the airport for a very early flight, so I can't say much about the hotel in general. They organized private transport to the airport because the shuttle was booked for the time we needed, which was very nice. The room itself was comfortable and clean and I can't say anything negative about it.

No oatmeal for breakfast.
