The property was convenient to the area’s in which I was working at and convenient to shopping & eating

I was locked out of my room for almost an hour due to the fact that the night window keeper was asleep in a room. it was 3:30 AM, I went to get a drink from the vending machine on the lobby floor but left my room key card in the hotel in my wallet accidentally. I attempted at knocking on the window several times even calling the hotel twice. I finally called booking.com customer service to try to get help. The customer service lady also called twice but with the same results no answer. she also advised me that she had also sent an email. As another 15 minutes passed I again called the hotel. no answer! Finally at 5:04 AM I got the night window clerk awake and was to top it all off I was given grief for knocking on the door and window! Wow!

Close to Sea world

Bed bugs both rooms we got. Woke up the next morning with tons of bites toilet was constantly running and room had a weird smell head boards were super dirty as well

Location

Room smelled funny. Toilet was not working properly. Pillows were uncomfortable. No one assisted in person when checking out. There is no breakfast of any kind, even though is on the marquee.

people outside selling drugs, didn’t feel my car was safe so had to keep checking on it. woman yelling early in the am! and seems like people actually live there.

Big room, nice location, no breakfast. really close to the Balboa park and Old Town. No restaurants nearby, but there is a delivery to the hotel.

No elevator. It was quite hard to carry all the luggage up the stairs.

The property was dirty

Building looked warped, people seemed to have long term stay there with people smoking in parking lot at night. Cable didn't turn on so attendant had to come up to fix looking at us as we caused the problem. And when checking out, no one insight to check us out.
