Convenient, clean, LOVE the breakfast.
Very loud And they seemed to be short staffed at night for late flight check ins.

I loved your staff!
I appreciate the breakfast to take to my early fight. However, the bread and fruit were very old.

Great workout room. Airport shuttle service was prompt and convenient.
Wifi connection took some time to debug. Pool was out of service. Facilities were good, but less than what we expected of a Hampton.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. The location for using the airport is superb. The sound proofing is great too.
1) our toilet was clogged and this was a normal occurrence according to staff
2) the carpets were very tired
3) the ice machine wasn’t working
4) breakfast was mediocre at best
5) this hotel does not meet the Hampton Inn standard
6) would not go back unless it is renovated

The bedding was excellent!
This Hampton was at the Portland airport. I was shocked that it did not seem to be sound proof. We actually had to change rooms because the first one was so loud. The next room was loud, as well, but not as bad.

The bed needs to be replaced in Room 300. We sunk down with a hump in the middle and the linens were too short.
