The property was safe
I booked a room with the intention, believing I would be able to get a bathtub in my room as the website shows bathtubs, but the guy that was working there was so meh, he said all the rooms had showers. I was very disappointed. There was supposed to be a sauna, but I never saw it. I didn’t see any signage for it to some of the amenities would’ve been nice. Also, you could not take the towels up to your room from the pool or vice versa, the hot tub was not hot. I cramped up when I left it because I was so cold. The view was nonexistent because it’s in the middle of an industrial area.

Location.
They would not honor the reservation made through Booking.com. I had a confirmed reservation and they would not give me a room, because they were out of queen rooms, and would not give me a King room that was available. Wanted me to pay $50 more than my confirmed reservation. Turned me away and told me it was because I used a third party reservation system. Suggested that I go to another hotel.

Beautiful room. Friendly Staff. Great location.
The phone in the room didn't work, but renovations were being done, which could be the reason. I had my cellphone, so I was able to contact the front desk that way. Not a deal breaker. Still a great hotel.

Under construction (which hadn't been mentioned before arrival), phone in room didn't work- known before our arrival and not mentioned until I tried to reach front desk and had to elevator to the lobby for an extra towel, put in room with connecting door and could hear neighbor's TV and 6 am alarm clock

It was our first hotel after many nights of camping.
The property was under construction that took place from 9AM to 7PM. We chose the hotel because it had a pool. The pool was closed for our entire stay.

Drug needles outside my ground floor room, apathetic & immature staff, understaffed, apparently only one young inexperienced front desk clerk at night, there were poop stains on bathroom wall and fixtures, carpet is disgusting, junkies roaming about…

Breakfast was good, and went until 10am, which was nice.
The hotel is undergoing renovation, which wasn’t mentioned when I made the booking. There was a lot of noise.

location and breakfast were the only good parts of this stay.
they were renovating the property. without warning the water was turned off, so much for a shower! then we were told the renovation work would end no later than 7 pm. but both nights they were pounding away well after 10:30pm. the wallpaper had been torn off the walls here and there. if I had been aware of this I would not have made the reservation!!!

quiet location , close to shops. very friendly staff. nice bed. clean pool and spa area
difficult to get to due to commute traffic at check in time. should offer early check in to avoid traffic congestion from 3 to 6 pm

From the moment I walked in the service was impeccable. I was able to check in with no problem and everything was absolutely perfect. Did I mention breakfast? OMG...the breakfast alone made this stop extra special. I honestly do not remember such a nice hotel breakfast since I was last in Maui, Hi.
That shower head massager was fantastic too.
The place is a bit dated. From the entry, the is no electric sliding door. No big deal until you have luggage and then you're standing there trying to hold the door open for yourself.
Also, the rooms are a bit dated too. Do not get me wrong, everything was amazing. But the light in the entry took at least 20 minutes to get enough juice to actually power up, and when it did, it was still so dark, I did not immediately know that the light had even come on.

We didn’t try the breakfast but the location was perfect. We loved how the hotel offered dove products
I don’t like how I had to upgrade for what was called a “private bathroom” when all
Hotel rooms have private bathrooms and I already reserved a room that hand a jacuzzi in it. Also the TV kept glitching in and out but we figured it was because it was dish TV so didn’t really pay any mind. Also for the rooms that have jacuzzis maybe add some bath stuff but that’s it

We liked our stay was clean good breakfast and nice staff.
The bed wasn't queen size like it says and wasn't the most comfortable mattress. The hot tub was available one reason we picked this place.
