It was at good location and it was clean. Staff was good .
No water for your rooms for the first day . Breakfast buffet menu is the same everyday and not even complimentary .

the rooms were spacious and the housekeeping was on point. The property was very convenient to my business.
There was an employee demonstration and a mini-strike that was not pleasant. It was hard to get food and the bar was not open during what would be normal times to have a drink

Excelente ubicación. El hotel es muy bonito, las recamaras son amplias y el baño en buenas condiciones. El personal es muy amable, volvería para mi siguiente vacacion. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. 10/10

Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. All the amenities were great! Full size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel & lotion were all in large bottles attached to the wall, which was nice.
The employee at the check in desk was having a bad night, or at least, so it seemed. We were denegrated for booking with a 3rd party website & denied any of the Hilton Honors benefits, including the free bottles that usually come with the Hilton Honors benefits. We were told we could purchase a water bottle from a vending machine one floor down. I didn't really care about the "rewards points" from the other 3rd party website, I just booked through it so I could compare different property brands' locations relative to where we where planning to go the next day. We didn't feel welcome at the hotel after that interaction.

The beds were horrible. All 3 of us woke up sore. It’s been 24 hours and my hips feel bruised. Worst bed I’ve ever stayed in.

Everything was great except for the daily parking fee to park my rented car. Ridiculous!

The location was perfect for our need. The bar/restaurant staff were excellent. We had a good meal and the waiter/bartender was excellent.
The bed was firmer than my spouse likes.

Location was great. The staff was protesting one morning in the lobby, with signs and a megaphone. So I’m sure there are issues with pay like everywhere else.
The parking is a total scam. They make it seem like it’s free or a one charge per stay type of deal when checking in, but it’s 30$ per day.

Good hotel to stay if coming to Glendale, CA. Close to 101 freeway but not far from Brand Blvd. Do need a car.
They do need to update from the 90s vibe but overall maintained well.

The beds are horrible, uncomfortable, and pillows are a joke room was old wallpaper pulling off walls at corners and rug dirty also restroom was dirty tub had mold and rust in tub

Location was good. Hotel service was extremely bad
On Sunday, there was NO room service. At 11:30 at night, we had to ask for towels to shower. We were traveling the next morning. We have traveled the world. We have never been to a hotel where there was no room service. We came back to the hotel very late at night, the bed was not done, and all the bathroom towels were on the floor.
Our friend, with whom we came, change three rooms in three days , because they were unhappy
No water. We had to buy our own bottled water
The breakfast was subpar. I invited guests for breakfast, and I was ashamed

The room and the staff were nice. The gift shop was very useful. The location was very close to places we planned to visit.
The material of the bedding seemed low quality and poor. The pillows leaked some feathers. There were protestors outside but the hotel handled them the best they could.

No facilities - no breakfast, lunch or dinner. No room cleaning. No refill of coffee etc in rooms.

Staff is horrible, they are always mentioning that we book with 3th party. We book with breakfast but 2 times they sent bill for breakfast and we correct it at reception
