Everything was great. Rooms were exceptional clean and very comfortable to be in. Had an excellent experience.

Actually there wasn't anything I dislike.

Michael and staff very nice. Will return soon. Was there many years ago, but 100 % better this time. Close to everything including freeways to return home to the Desert.

I was able to check in extremely early at no extra charge.

The parking was really limited. Parking spaces are too small for trucks.

Great location - near Glendale Galeria, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was big and clean, same for bathroom. Provided not only soap but also body lotion - much appreciated.

The room had smell of cleaning products, I had to run AC to reduce that. Provided soap didn't want to foam, could be something better.

the room was clean but I had to air out the smell of previous occupant; kept on bathroom exhaust fan........Breakfast.....what breakfast?...suspended due to covid??? is that good excuse? no coffee,creamer...nada!

My Ice cream melted in the mini fridges freezer. Nothing good on their TV...limited to very few channels...could not access local stations....stuck with CNN,MSNBC and the likes. Shampoo and conditioner and soap was inadequate and no good either. Towels were adequate but suspiciously not so white, maybe not so clean(?) or just need more chlorination? Door to bathroom was too close to the toilet seat, gets in the way. Room's color scheme was not appealling (opinion only). Staffer, night before check-in said room was at the front, but ended up at the back. will ask for a specific room next time. Booking.com does not have that capability?

Great location. Quiet. convenient parking. In room conveniences good.

Very outdated. I have traveled lots and stayed in many motel/hotels. Didn’t expect the Ritz for their price point but…The bed, if you could call it that, is in my top 2 of all time worst. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable …even to sit on let alone sleep on. Had to lay on top the bed pillows to even make the nights partially bearable. Shower had rust and mold. Fridge loud.

nice area that I felt safe in, room was very clean, bed was comfortable, front desk staff was very nice and area at night was quite to enjoy a good night sleep.

the coke machine took my money super outdated machine and should be replaced. They should post on the website that breakfast is not available due to covid and not just a sign on the door at check-in

very good and clean Motel . Always motel in Los Angeles nasty ! but chariot inn beautiful , I love ❤️ maybe see you soon 👍🏽
