The location was great. The room was ready for early check in, which was appreciated. The reception attendants were kind and almost always present.

So…upon arrival I let management know that the fold out bed (a futon) was broken. Additionally there was no hair dryer, which was one (of many) amenities listed that wasn’t present (including a desk, but that’s neither here nor there). Told them day one and day two of our three night stay. Long story short, I had to haggle for a partial refund - nothing was ever done (an air mattress was offered, but that’s definitely NOT what was expected for this price, and given the space not acceptable). Also, the property provided dishwasher pods, surface cleaner, dish soap, shampoo, soap, etc, but NO laundry detergent. Which…okay I’m here three nights and I have to buy my own. Then I realized they request (don’t insist) that departing guests put their linens in the washing machine. But, like, with what soap? The soap I’m assuming they bought? Gross. SO GROSS.

Didn't have big pans and kitchen supplies aren't good to do some real cooking. The bed in the small room isn't big enough for 2 people

I really enjoyed my stay and loved the location to downtown Philly sites
