Просторий номер, багато меблів і простору для зберігання речей, гарний вид з вікна, комфортно для делегатів конференцій.

Розташування (трансфер до аеропорта або міста вимагає суттєвих витрат), поблизу готеля немає інфраструктури, бажано мати власне авто. Брудний килим в номері, дивний гул у трубах водопостачання.

Is a beautiful hotel. Good location, covered parking, close to restaurants and easy access to the highway

Had to ask over half a dozens times for pillows and blankets for the pull out in our room starting at 430 in the afternoon and finally had them brought up near midnight. Had 2 children that are normally in bed by 9. When we spoke yo the manager the next morning the best compensation she was able yo offer was a couple free coffees in the lobby starbucks. Pool was nice, would have been better if the hot tub wasn't ice cold and actually worked. LARGER and/ or stiffer pillows on bed. Would expect a little better from a 200 a night hitel

Nothing. It’s the worst hotel ever.

Couldn’t sleep. Woke up at 1am itchy. The bed and pillows made me very itchy. The rooms wasn’t ok to be given out.

the fitness center closed too early. According to receipt, the parking was reimbursed but the credits card did not reflect the fact.

I forgot the young lady’s name that checked me in but she was super kind and accommodating, well versed in the area and made the experience pretty awesome.
