The bathroom could’ve been cleaned way more than it was when we arrived and the carpet was filthy!! Also the room had gnats everywhere and we couldn’t sleep well because of the gnats biting us all night long! And the white bed sheets were old and raggedy!

It was very clean! Breakfast was great and for one guy working all the tables and cooking the food he was really quick. All staff members were amazingly so helpful and had the attitude.
The bed was so uncomfortable and it didn’t help that I was pregnant. There was a sign that says to get your room clean to talk to staff and they can get that done, so we asked and it kinda sucked that housekeeping couldn’t come clean our room the offered to schedule them for the next day but by then we were leaving so it didn’t matter. We had to put our trash and towels outside the room so they can take it. There was an issue with what we booked on booking.com to what we got at check in. Our room was amazing but the price was not what we booked, luckily they priced matched with no issues and we got our refund!

The front desk staff was very inviting. They handled any issues we had. Wonderful relaxing stay.
Wasn’t the property’s fault but one guest left thier dog unattended in their room and it barked for about 3 hours. The hotel moved our room to accommodate.

Hotel sits right by the freeway so it is loud at times. Shower was super slick. I needed change to get quarters for the laundry and the front desk didn’t have any, She called the hotel next door to see if they had some. she tells me they do and how to get there. I get over there and was told they didn’t have any quarters, but this nice front desk clerk (I believe Marriot) ran over to residence inn and got quarters for me and apologized for this. Half of the laundry units were out of order. The customer service at Hilton was bad at this hotel.

The plumbing fixtures in the shower weren't secure. There was no USB port anywhere in the room, and the AC automatically shifted to heat if it was set at a certain temperature.

I booked this hotel due to the location.
I am simply doing this due to the fact I felt embarrassed and felt shamed for something that is natural. I do not wish for anyone to have the same hurtful experience. My trip was cut short due to the fact that my menstrual cycle came on and it stained the sheets. I was told to leave the premises because management told me that they couldn't allow me to "continue to ruin our room". The call was abrupt and there was no acknowledgment of the issue before the call was made. I was initially supposed to stay for 10 nights, hence the statement of 'continue'. I'm a frequent traveler and I have never been kicked out of a hotel before especially due to a stain on the bedding. I even offered to pay for the sheets and the manager told me that "the sheets are worth over $600" and that it would be impossible cover the cost for the sheets. She told us there is nothing that we can do and she wanted us off the premises immediately. I have never been so embarrassed in my life and I did not like how management dealt with it. My mother and I were left with nowhere to stay for the remainder of our trip while 10+ hours away from our home. If they had given me a warning beforehand, I believe I would have at least been prepared about how to go forward with my stay. As a female, there is no possible way for a woman to control her cycle. I felt like the manager, since she is a woman, would understand that point. I am grateful that I am older and I understand that there is nothing shameful about a menstrual cycle. If I was younger and I had witness that experience, it would shape how I viewed my womanhood. I just want my voice to be heard. I do not want anyone else to experience what I experienced in that hotel. Thank you for your time!
