- The room was big and comfortable, it had everything it needed. - Breakfast was great, good variety of food, waffles, not many vegetables. - The pool and a slide are great for kids, and the gym is available as well. - Convenient location close to the city center. - Room service was very attentive and provided extra towels by request.

A couple of nit-picky details: - Air conditioning could be better, but it didn't affect our stay. - The breakfast area could have more obvious instructions on how to use the waffle maker (I observed a few people struggling to figure out how to use it, myself included).

Very large room but only 1 chair and it was for the desk. There is lots of space to put two chairs and a coffee table so that two people can watch TV without at least 1 using the bed as a chair.

Great breakfast; very nice, helpful staff; nice decor everywhere; lovely entrance and breakfast room.

The water pressure for our bathroom sink was very low; it was difficult to wash even our hands in it. There was a large stain on the carpet near the entrance of the room. The fridge was too small to accommodate much so not very useful for travellers with a few food and drink items needing refrigeration. The pool was too small for a hotel of that size and was often filled with more people than it is supposed to accommodate. We could not use it for those reasons despite staying there three days.
