Location within five minutes of destination. Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent - friendly, helpful, welcoming. Bed very comfortable. Exceeded all expectations!

Our door stuck quite a bit due to the reconstruction , but was getting fixed.
Tub drained slowly.
I let them know about both issues and they wrote it down to get fixed.

It was affordable, Housekeeping didn't come around and bother us. The indoor pool was the reason we booked this hotel..

Didn’t have what we were suppose to have! no refrigerator or microwave, was told they were in the middle of re-modeling and were full so no other rooms available, bathtub wouldn’t drain, so you were standing in water while showering. Air conditioner was very loud on and off during the night! Bathtub had hairs in it from previous guest. Smelled like smoke or some odd odor. Light bulbs out at the bedside. picture shows jacuzzi at hotel with pool, there wasn’t one, and pool water looked very dirty, sure wouldn’t get in it. And they said that it was booking.coms fault because they needed to update their site! They gave me a gift card for $25. I called booking.com direct and they got me $30 off by calling the hotel directly. What a joke! I could have stayed in a hotel for less than half the price of this hotel, but we always stay at Hilton properties, don’t waste your money at this hotel, you’ll be very disappointed! On a good note, the front desk employee was very nice and bed was pretty comfortable!

Great location, easy access from interstate. The front desk staff were friendly. Everything was clean and welcoming.
Breakfast was great, friendly attendant on duty. Complimentary bottled water and coffee available. We will stay here again in our travels from TN to NY.
We had a room on the first floor which was a bit noisy with people talking in the corridor and traffic in the parking lot. After 10pm it was quiet though so we did get a good night's rest.
We will ask for an upper floor for future stays.
