The a/c was cold
The pool was out of order d/t a pump issue . Next day it was open and green and so cloudy you could not see the bottom , a few people where swimming in the nasty pool which is against NSPI regulations d/t safety issues . The next day it was opened still dirty and a few days later still cloudy and unable to see the bottom and it was opened again . We had to go across the parking lot to the adjacent hotel to swim in their tiny pool
That was somewhat cleaner . I purposely stayed to swim d/t a stressful situation and that was ruined not to mention. The cost for basically a bed to sleep in and no amenities that I came purposely to use where available

Your staff and environment was great. Staff was made readily available at all times. No one was missing at the front desk at any time. I would return.
The fees on the rooms. Not being able to apply my honors credits on this stay to my original honors acct. lack of lobby work spaces. the front entry door kept getting stuck. and the smell of natural gas as you walk in.

When I booked the reserveration, thought it would be complimentary. I was not, so decided to go elsewhere.
there was a $3.97 fee for parking. However, the entrance to the hotel had two sizeable pot holes that could easily damage a vehicle somewhat or bust tires. Staff stated it was up to higher management to deal with this as the drive way was not strictly there's but shared with other tenents. At a glance, anyone could see that the damages or fixing the pot holes should not be costly. It will, however, cost significantly more if left un-attended.

Not much .,shower hardly put out water, people upstairs stomped alot. The pool we couldn't get in there were so main people. The restrooms in lobby were gross
Toilet was backed up and full for two days. Very expensive for everything to get service we did . Asked for extra towels to be told they couldn't

Janie at the front who checked us in was so nice and accommodated our needs. So pleasant. Location is central or nearby a lot of restaraunts.

Stay was nice not really exceptional. Location was good for a funeral we needed to attend. Value was OK but not exceptional for the location. Room was good and clean but expected that. Staff was all very friendly...front desk and breakfast servers

beds and pillows are.very uncomfortable. I almost canceled my stay at Hilton Garden in Dallas due to the beds. However beds and pillows in Dallas were not like the one in Corpus.

It was close to my destination.
The front desk help wasn’t helpful. Upon arrival she was not friendly, especially once she saw I booked thru “booking.com”. The room smelled like cigarettes. The pool looked dirty. There were extremely loud guests running down the halls and screaming in their rooms.
At check out, the same lady as check in, would not print a receipt. Said I’d receive it via email. Once I did get it, she charged me $65 for breakfast when my room included breakfast when I booked it.

I called to confirm my reservation, Hilton customer service couldn’t find it. I asked to speak to the hotel directly, the rep decided instead of transferring me he would talk to the staff. After finding my reservation, I asked to make sure I didn’t book twice, he said he could not confirm that. When I finally demanded I speak to someone at the actual hotel because I had already been charged, he said I needed to call back and press 0 for the operator. When I pressed 0, an agent named Janie answered, when I explained that I wanted to confirm the reservation she said “what’s the issue I already confirmed with the other gentleman?” she was snippy but I decided to just let it go as long as they confirmed my ONE reservation. The stay was…..okay to say the most. Upon check out, I called the front desk to ask if I could get a luggage cart brought to the room, Janie answered and said “you’ll need to come down here and get it yourself”. I’m sorry but this is a Hilton, do you not hire housemen? I’ve never stayed at a Hilton prior to this and quite honestly will never stay at one again! So disappointing!

The staff was extremely friendly. They had activities pages for the kids out to take. We were provided free h2o and cookies. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

the front desk associate was very rude and dishonest. she told me no rooms were available at 3pm which is check in. mind you I had a reservation. when I mentioned I was a gold member for the Hilton she immediately said there’s a room ready and put me in a room smaller than the one on my reservation. my husband went back to the lobby and saw how nice she was to another couple. he told her the situation and the manager came in and was very nice and fixed the situation. thank god for her.

Loved the furniture and overall decor of the hotel. Very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The pool was a little bit dirty and no free breakfast.

Mosquitoes in the room as soon as we walked in to our room. We killed a few and the next morning they were some still around. The breakfast was also gross. My son got cereal and found a mosquito in his cereal . I got a bagel and muffin and they were both stale! I paid extra for breakfast thinking it was going to include some hot breakfast items but nope! We asked the lady who had attitude and said only cold items…Big mistake, if I knew this ahead of time I would have preferred going to McD’s for way cheaper!
