before coming here I read reviews, very many saying negative things about the room etc.. I was VERY presently surprised! the rooms were a bit outdated but can’t complain. great location, right by the beach, ac works, all around very good place to stay, will be coming again!

the pillows could use an upgrade

Propery was run down, in bad repair. Our door lock wasn't working, the pool and hot tub advertised on the day of booking starting available were both out of order

Good location, right on the strip and on the beach

Decor needs serious updating. Walls are thin and floors are squeaky. Bed was hard. No blow dryer in room ( or at front desk).

The location was amazing ! Two steps to the lake .

You can't beat the price and the location. The motel was clean and the beach was great.

It would have been nice if the kitchenette was more stocked with proper utensils and a coffee pot and toaster. I knew what to expect so I brought my own coffee pot. Other than that, no complaints.

It’s location is right on the beach so you can’t go wrong.

Everything else about it sucked. We had 2 beds both not comfortable. Fridge was just barely cold. Old and tired with not much room. Shower head was very low. Only thing new about the room was the entrance door and you could shut the drapes when you left to stop anyone from looking in. Front desk worker was not friendly and price was not commensurate to what you received.

The parking and wi-fi. I think the only things good there.

The room there are two bed, but one of bedroom there wasn't air conditioner. When we arrived there, the air conditioner and fridge were turn off and it was too hot. Just during the night the room was a little fresh. The room there wasn't microwave and the receptionist was not friendly. The beds are not comfortable and the shower wasn't working property. Terrible resort!!!

the location was good-beach access decent

wasp nest under steps leading to beach-no effort to correct; dirty dishes in cupboard; no coffee maker; plug in bathroom didn't work; no Kleenex dispenser in bathroom; fridge was not clean; a/c was very loud; overall run down condition of exterior; attitude of owner was not great-wasn't happy we didn't book direct there for he saved better rooms for those that did. (His direct comment as I booked in)

Instructions on how to use Roku not supplied Internet was not operating this day "INN" is more appropriate than "Resort"

Having a kettle, or microwave in the room would be great to make morning coffee before leaving the room to find coffee.

Amazing place to stay, on the beach property.
