Loved the queen suite layout two separate living spaces with ensuite and full bathroom in the bedroom with 2 queen beds. Lots of space when travelling with little ones. We also enjoyed the swimming pool as well. Close to airport but quite.

great place. good food, good location, friendly staff. I’ll probably stay here again and I’ll recommend it to anyone flying out of edmonton. The shuttle was very convenient.
had some problems with checking out which almost made me miss the shuttle. the staff said they would let me catch the shuttle and just send an email to clear up the issues. everything was resolved.

Very clean and updated. The room was spacious for a family of 5 and being able to leave our vehicle there and shuttle to the airport was excellent

The bathroom floor was super dirty and disappointing.

Acceptable hotel when you're on budget business travel, though not so low priced either. You kind of feel you're not getting it for your money.

Hot tub jet controller was broken, water was murky.
No luggage racks available in the evening.
No bathroom fan.

They only charge $5 per night for parking instead of paying $15+ daily at the airport. The airport shuttle made it convenient and well worth it to stay before my early morning flight.
The pool facility was closed, and the rooms are very basic.

Close to the airport. Spacious and clean room. The gym was basic but sufficient.
Reception was utterly rude for no reason. Definitely sours your stay before you even step into the room.

We really wanted to have the pool and hot tub but it wasn’t available

The staff were friendly enough but unable to address any of the concerns brought to them.
It was a skeleton staff. No maintenance people available on the weekend so problems could not be fixed.
The hotel was not properly cared for so it was dangerous going in and out of the hotel because you slipped on the ice. The driveway was not plowed and cleared of the snow. And no heat in the rooms was completely unacceptable. I was charged more money than what booking.com had quoted and the hotel staff refused to give me a bill when checking out.

they had mention they will provide dental kit . but on arrival there was no dental kit given also they overcharge me and then I had to call booking .com confirm pricing talk to the hotel which wasted my time in leisure
