Room is really nice, clean and bed comfy. Coming in, way too strong smell of cleaning products, chocking smell. Now my problem, which I have never seen anywhere. I am a travel agent, I have traveled to over 45 countries, been all over Canada and the USA, and this was a first. There was 3 of us seniors who wanted to sit behind the reception area, in the breakfast area to play cards. Nope, it's forbidden. There is no other area to sit and play. I do not blame the personnel but this is the most ridiculous rule I have ever seen in a hotel. You can bring a dog but don't you dare sit quietly at a table to play cards!!!

The breakfast was pretty standard. I loved the hot eggs and sausages. I would have enjoyed some plain yogurt but they didn't have that option. The airport shuttle was very convenient and friendly staff.

The shower was super weird and got water all over the floor. The room smelled like a high school men's locker room. The pillows on the bed were small square couch pillows (lots of loft so your head might fall off the side).

Very clean, comfortable and quiet !! Breakfast was very good ! Price was very reasonable !! Nothing to improved on !

Bed and pillows were comfortable, shower had good pressure and heat.

It didn’t cross my mind until later but it would have been courteous of the front desk agent to offer a room at the front of the hotel so a guest wouldn’t have to hear the traffic on the highway all night (earplugs are recommended). First room had a large brown stain on the carpet in front of the bathroom and a yellow stain on the bedsheet, and the channel changer was absolutely filthy, I’ve never seen so much dead skin and filth on a controller, second room had the same issue with the controller so I put the controller in a ziploc bag. Also bit of crumbs in front of microwave and an old air freshener beside the fridge. After seeing the things that were not cleaned one can only imagine how dirty everything else is, door handles and light switches.

My king is comfortable and clean, it made me sleep through the night

No block curtains, not good if you want to sleep in late.

The room,the lobby,everything was clean and organized.

Keep an eye on the breakfast,they ran out of egg,coffee,bread,and milk,we waited somebody to refill it but no one does.We ended up leaving the premesis.
