the location and staff was friendly. They gave us a partial refund because the electric in the room wasn’t good and our fridge and microwave stopped working. They had a nice free breakfast too.

The staff was amazing!! Very friendly and accommodating…from the front desk to house keeping! ❤ the fact they are pet friendly and have a pool that’s not to deep. The breakfast was awesome and the fact they serve until 10 and check out at noon sets this hotel apart from the others!

Our room wasn’t the greatest…we had a super squeaky bed, every time you moved it squeaked! The air conditioner was really loud to so it made for and interesting night but overall great!

Conveniently located near our destination. Breakfast choices. Clean room.

A/C didn't cool, even at 65 degrees. A/C compressor extremely loud...all night long. Staff was apologetic, but didn't offer to have it looked at, change rooms, or refund a portion of the room charge.

The pool and size of the room

The room did not have enough lighting and it had a red substance in front of the fridge. Also the last night 3 times I got my door knocked on, don’t know if it was just a prank going on, didn’t not enjoy the last night at all and for the price, it’s not worth it!

Decently close to globe life and other attractions, quick access to highway

Extremely musty smelling rooms, stained carpet, peeling wallpaper, just overall in need of a complete update. Stayed right next door at the Fairfield a few months back and would definitely stay there again over this Hampton especially since the price was nearly the same. Not worth the money in our opinion.

This has been our spot for the last 4-years while our daughter attended UTA. It is less than 15 minutes from the school and the rooms are amazing!

Nothing!!!!! Like I wrote before the staff was not helpful at all. All they cared about was they had the money and that was it.

I asked them to change the dates and they would not work with me. They even avoided me and did not answer my emails until i kept asking. Terrible staff and would blame everything but did not give me options. Worse experience i have ever had with the staff of Hampton.
