I liked the location and the size of the room

The evening staff was not very friendly

The breakfast area and the employees that worked there

The bathrooms in the rooms. There was no exhaust fan leaving the bathroom to be very humid and uncomfortable. Water would stand in the tub. The pullout couch mattress was so thin that would would sink into the middle of it.

When they made the bed for my girls, they put my girls' 🧸 under the sheets so beautifully, 😊 🙏 😊 🙏 Thank you.

Safe in room didn’t work.

the room was a wonderful size for me and my two boys, the breakfast was ok, it was different most of the days we where there.

I didn't like the bed, even though it was very big, it was not soft and it felt like wood planks sticking in my back at night which made it hard for me to sleep. it was very uncomfortable.

La comida

Las camas totalmente incomodas. A la hora de la reservación decía camas grandes doble lo cual asumí que eran queen y cuando llegamos eran full y muy duras nada cómodas el sofá cama se le sentían los resortes. Pedí que me cambiaran de habitación con otras camas aunque pagara más pero me dijeron que todas son iguales. En esas camas dos personas grandes no caben así que fue una odisea. Tristemente siempre busco entre todos los hoteles como primera opción los Embassy y si no pues entonces otros. Porque me encantan pero esta vez jamás en mi vida volveré a quedarme en el de Anaheim. Muy triste 3 días de mal dormir

Overall, our stay was good. The room and the hotel were clean. Breakfast was great!

The staff that did my check in was horrible and rude. I did not feel welcomed and it felt like I was annoying her for checking in. When I got to the counter she asked for my ID and credit card-- did not say "welcome", or " how may I help you", she did not even ask my name. I even tried to show some grace by asking if they have been busy and she said no, that it was always like this. Now, the staff that helped with check out were nice and helpful and processed a split payment.
