Todo muy bonito y limpio. Todo el personal es muy agradable y amable. El agua de la piscina siempre está tibia, eso me gustó muchísimo. El hielo para las hiélelas es gratis.
Todo estuvo muy bien. Quizás solamente se necesite agregar un poco más de variedad al desayuno.

Problème de réservation entre Booking.com et l'établissement mais la manager avait trouvé un arrangement de suite.
La propreté et le comfort de la suite n'étaient pas à la heuteur d'un hôtel 3 étoiles. Pour nous c'était plutôt un MOTEL que hôtel.
Une odeur d'urine lors de mise en action de la climatisation dans la chambre des enfants car pas de système centralisée.
Trop bruyant dans les alentours car pas d'insonorisation des chambres, bruits de pas de l'étage supérieure, bruits d'écoulement d'eau via les canalisations mais surtout on entendait tout se qui se passe à l'extérieur de la chambre.
Donc très très mauvais sommeil.
Les équipements fournis dans la chambre et même ceux de l'hôtel sont exécrables et dépassés, les essuies sont si durs que cela fait mal lorsque nous les utilisons.
Les photos sont trompeuses sur dans l'application Booking, la chambre n'est pas si lumineuse que dans les photos.

Llegamos dos horas antes del check in y nos brindaron el acceso a la habitación, el personal que se encontraba en ese momento en recepción no hablaba español y aún así hicieron que fuera fácil. Limpiaron todos los días. Todo está justo como se ve en las fotografías de booking.

Punches well above it's weight based on what I paid. Facilities were excellent and the staff very helpful. Close enough to walk to Disneyland, but why would you when uber is $6 each way.
A water cooler in the lobby would be nice to refill water bottles.

The breakfast could get a little packed, but it always tasted good. Clean and comfy rooms, always accommodated us if we needed it with our kids. It was nice to be able to do laundry.
Nothing the hotel can fix. But, thin walls sometimes and a lot of cars that you can easily hear throughout the night driving.

The staff was exceptional! I cannot say enough good about them. They were so accommodating and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. The location is great! It’s right next to Joe’s Italian Ice which is one of the coolest places around! we were able to Uber to Disney each day for around 10.00 per ride. There is also an Art bus stop at the entrance to the property. Very convenient.

The breakfast is splendid. Such a wide sumptuous selection that charge us up well for our 2 days at Disneyland Park. The breakfast service crew was wonderful.
The carpeting in the room probably more cleaning, and the coffee machine didn't work in one of our 2 rooms booked.

EVERYTHING! The two bedroom two bathroom suite was perfect for our family of 4. We couldn’t have stayed at a better place. We were pleasantly surprised and this will definitely be our go to hotel from here on out when visiting Disneyland. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Room was spotless! Not even 1 random stray hair. We asked for a room away from the main street because we thought it would be too noisy but, ended up on the back side where there are apartments and a VERY loud street back there. No fault of the hotel just an FYI.

love the bunk beds the the kids and it was super confortable and only 9 mins away from Disney
that there wasn’t really hot water had to wait for the hot water a least 3 mins

Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean. The pool was heated which was a bonus! The staff were great. It took about 20 minutes to walk to Disneyland, our two kids 8 & 6 made the trip everyday, they were tired walking back a couple days but overall good.

The property as a little on the older side. However, it was clean and neat, and the staff was extremely nice and professional. Also, they offered a continental breakfast which had several items to choose from. The facility was clean and the staff always made an effort to keep the eating area fully stocked and clean.

I loved that the rooms had a Disney theme to it. We enjoyed the free breakfast.
It did take a while for water to heat up to shower. It has mention that it was free parking, but it was not, it’s $10 per day, not bad, but wished I knew ahead of time.

The beds were comfortable. Breakfast is quite nice ... though it would be nice if there were more tables inside (I know it's a space issue ... but it was raining, so the outside tables were not very inviting!
It's a bit of a hike from Disneyland and the Convention Center. The ART (Anaheim Regional Transit) Bus schedule isn't very dependable
