I really liked the spaciousness of the room, as well as the room's location - facing the back, with no noise.

Good location between Denver and Boulder. Everything was clean when we arrived, breakfast included was nice.
We had to ask 3 times to have housekeeping come to our room but they never came. It was also hard at times to get ahold of someone at the front desk.

the bed cover was hideous much too heavy and the upper part had some kind of sewing embroidery that was very rough on the skin I finally went down to my truck and bought my emergency survival blankets that were light but warm the noise was very loud the floors squeaked from the floor above and I could hear the room next door closing their door's overall it was not a good experience I will not ever be staying there again BUT not to forget the pillow's they are worn out and should be replaced they are disgusting and almost useless to lay your head on I place your rooms about equal to motel 6

All the staff I interacted with were very nice and super helpful. Also signing in for everyone, (10 rooms total) was very easy!

It was clean, the Queen beds & pillows were comfortable, the breakfast selection was good, the food was hot & tasty! My 5 grandchildren enjoyed the indoor pool, my puppy was allowed to stay with my husband and I! Our rooms were cleaned and restocked every other day. Our room had a microwave and fridge! The Hotel is near restaurants and shopping! Richard at the front desk was wonderful, informative, and helpful!
The spa was out of order! My puppy wasn’t allowed in the pool area although he was inside an enclosed crate. I couldn’t leave him by himself in the room because he was crying so I had to stay with him and miss my granddaughters birthday pool party.

I believe he told me his name was Richard. He was awesome, I’ve actually never had such a welcoming experience checking in to a hotel. He is great at his job and was very good at offering and educating me on how to become a member.
I like my experience there wasn’t anything I didn’t like

The front desk workers
No jacuzzi did not say the jacuzzi was out of order when booked. Pillows were terrible. There was a dog in the room across that kept barking

Staff was friendly, helpful and had a sense of humor!
Only issue was the jaquzzi was out of order, but the pool was open, clean and nice and warm after being in the cold evening air!

Bathrooms water wouldn't drain in tub or sink. Musty smell as soon as we walked in. Requested a room away from elevator & ice machine and was given a room directly across from both.

We requested housekeeping on our second day and they forgot so we did not get it until the third day.

The breakfast and the room size
The reason why we originally reserved as we were coming in from out of state and staying 5 days and reserved the premium king so we could take advantage of the drinks and snacks. And finally by Wednesday the shipment finally came.
The use of the pool..... was not very appealing as it looked very dark and uncirculated water
The housekeeping, we put our towels our and trash and not one day did they personally replenish we had to go to desk everyday.

Bed was hard. Comforter too was small. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Toilet would not flush unless you opened the lid and juggled the handle. Toilet paper had no holder was just sitting on the ground. Breakfast was only partial. Very disappointing stay this time.

Drew sold our room after we already paid $200. We had to wait over 2 hours to get another room. We were left with our infant children in the middle of the night with no where to sleep and no where to go. We never did get our room and had to stay else where. Worst experience I've ever had! Now stressed that this will happen again. I don't trust any booking company to ensure that I will have a room.

The service was wonderful. Every employee greeted me as they went by, asked how things were. I really appreciated the positive interaction. The location was very convenient for me as well. A real fridge that functioned!
The property is a little old and tired. There were water stains on the ceiling and around the mirrors. The windows in the room were so small, very little light came in. The desk could have really used a task lamp, as most of the window was blocked by the fridge/microwave stand and all the lights in the room were on the opposite wall. It was pretty dark for working.

The manager was very friendly. The beds were confortable.
The overall facility did not feel very clean. The bathroom in the room had dirt and soap scum in the grout and caulking.
